I am noticing that several characters are missing, characters like the Executioner, played by Michael Chiklis, who escaped from his Prison transport, Fish Mooney, who went off with Doctor Strange, who was going to fix her and keep her from dying and lastly Harvey Dent, they built him up in the first couple of seasons and after that he has not been seen on screen. It makes me wonder if they are just going to write these characters off for the final season of Gotham.
