Joanna Beauchamp è una strega che vive nella remota cittadina di East Haven con le figlie Freya e Ingrid, entrambe ignare del segreto nascosto dalla propria famiglia. Joanna è immortale, ma è costretta a convivere con una maledizione che fa sì che le sue due figlie muoiano prima di arrivare ai trent'anni, per poi rinascere subito dopo a distanza di poco tempo l'una dall'altra.

Ingrid scopre un potentissimo cimelio di famiglia: un libro di incantesimi, col quale spera di richiamare in vita sua zia Wendy. Intanto Joanna è in arresto, accusata di omicidio.

Freya e Ingrid devono adattarsi alla presa di coscienza di essere due streghe: le segue Wendy, la loro zia, che cerca di guidarne le mosse magiche senza che loro se ne accorgano.

L'avvocato "immortale" di Joanna la prepara ad affrontare il processo per omicidio. Intanto, Ingrid è seriamente preoccupata per la sicurezza di Adam.

Ingrid trova un modo pericoloso e doloroso per piangere la morte di Adam. Intanto, Freya fa un incontro soprannaturale con Elyse, tornata per sistemare alcuni affari.

Freya fa una scoperta allarmante su Fair Haven, mentre Ingrid ha degli spaventosi, ma chiarificatori, flashback su una delle sue vite passate.

Ingrid sta ancora facendo i conti con quello che ha scoperto sul suo passato, che non e' facile da gestire. Intanto Freya pensa a come fare per non far scoprire a Dash quello che prova per Killian.

Wendy e Joanna vengono alle mani nel corso di una discussione a seguito di un segreto svelato di Joanna che aveva mantenuto per più di cento anni. Nel frattempo, Ingrid sospetta che Mike abbia dei secondi fini, ma soprattutto vedremo Freya in serio pericolo.

Un misterioso professore, che pare abbia antichi legami con le Beauchamps, cerca di aiutare Freya a riavere i poteri. Intanto, Killian prende una decisione importante sul suo futuro nell'East End.

La prima stagione si conclude con il matrimonio di Freya. Nel frattempo Joanna e Wendy fanno una scoperta fondamentale, mentre Mike prende delle drastiche misure per portare a compimento il suo piano.

Victor helps Joanna fight what seems to be a losing battle with her argentum poisoning. Ingrid develops a dangerous sleep walking habit while Freya has visions of Killian in danger.

Joanna is thrilled with Frederick’s return, while Wendy remains suspicious of his behavior. Killian discovers he has a lot in common with new love Eva. Dash reluctantly deals with his blackmailer.

Ingrid prepares to move out while Freya tracks down Killian. Dash discovers the identity of his blackmailer and plans revenge. Wendy and Joanna follow Frederick to figure out what his motives are since reconnecting with the family.

Wendy and Tommy have a disastrous series of meetings. Old friends of Frederick’s from Asgard make an unwelcome visit to Fair Haven. Dash and Killian receive their inheritance which yields interesting results.

Freya relives one of her past lives with Killian. Dash does a spell at work without realizing the consequences. Joanna seeks the help of an old friend, Alex. Wendy and Freddie work together to try and stop the Mandragora while Ingrid’s bond with it grows stronger.

Joanna and Alex must put their past aside and focus on finding the Mandragora. Freya asks Dash to help save Ingrid. Skeptical of Freddie’s loyalty, Wendy is wary of his actions.

Tarkoff, an old friend of the family’s, pays a visit to Joanna and Freddie. Wendy, Freya, Ingrid and Dash attend an art gala where Wendy encounters someone from her past. Killian has doubts about his feelings for Eva.

Joanna has to face up to one of her worst fears. It is a milestone birthday for Freya and Frederick. Wendy gives Tommy a surprise. Frederick is feeling the pressure from Tarkoff to get things done.

Dash's secrets begin to unravel; Joanna is devastated by Tarkoff's actions. Wendy and Joanna decide to reconnect with their father.

Tarkoff gains revenge on Frederick. Freya confronts Killian. Dash is issued with an ultimatum. Joanna tries to protect her family.

Joanna, Freya and Wendy revisit one of their former lives. Dash's one night stand turns out to be somebody better than expected. Ingrid attempts to bond with her grandfather.

The Beauchamps travel back in time to the 1840s where Freya encounters Edgar Allan Poe and Joanna is ensnared by a dangerous admirer. Killian does the unthinkable and risks his life for his one true love.

Season two ends with Jonanna trying to escape from Tarkoff, while Freya and Wendy race to find a way back to the present. As far as Ingrid, she learned some shocking news about herself from King Nikolaus, and Dash's dark past closes in on him.
