When Robin accidentally wrecks his R-Cycle while pursuing a nasty thug named Johnny Rancid, he winds up with his arm in a cast and doubt in himself. The good news is he gets a visit from his number one fan, a short little weirdo name Larry the Titan. The bad news is Larry's reality-bending powers than they can fix.
