Slade threatens to use a chronoton detonator, a device which can destroy the entire city if triggered. While Robin goes after Slade, the other Titans try to disarm the detonator. But then it turns out that Slade has other aims in mind than the destruction of the city.

Ever since the Titans' final confrontation with Slade, Robin has been haunted by one question: Is Slade really gone? And after Cinderblock escapes from jail, Robin finally gets his answer when he sees Slade. Robin pursues Slade, fiercely determined to stop his nemesis once and for all.
