Re-watching The Mentalist

I've been watching The Mentalist all over again. I'm currently at the beginning of Season 3.
I've found that it is really interesting watching the show again, while knowing who Red John is, who ends up with who, what happens, etc. It's making the experience quite richer than the first time around.

When I start to rewatch, I'll make two lists: one with the main focus on Red John and the other with fillers and such. It won't be easy as most episodes have some mention of Red John. Will I then see two completely different Patrick Janes, one obsessed with finding his family's killer and the other just using his 'psychic' abilities to assist the police? Do the two personalities come together after season 6 episode 8? Is he, as it seems, now a changed man who has found inner peace and looks forward to a happier future? I guess I'm just overthinking this

Lol, that sounds good, no worries. I overthink Psych whenever I watch it over again. I make lists and write down some of my favorite quotes.
