A beautiful young woman awakens aboard an adrift space ship with no memory of who she is or how she got there and at the mercy of the ship's mysterious computer.

Travis survived his shooting by Sonja at the end of Season 1 and was jailed in the same prison as Julian. A group of skinheads try to intimidate Julian and Travis defends him. As a result, he is to be transferred to a different location. This is a part of a plan by Sonja to kill him. The Vancouver PD is worried about an attempt to free Travis during the transfer, so a decoy convoy is sent out, with Keira and Fonegra travelling with Travis in the real paddy-wagon. Both the decoy and the real prisoner transfer vehicle are attacked, by remotely detonated bomb and remotely controlled machine gun in the case of the decoy. While Keira is trying to drive the wagon after the driver is shot by a pursuing vehicle, Travis breaks free of his restraints and fights with Fonegra in the back. After shaking off an attack by men in a car, they are chased by a helicopter and take refuge in a road tunnel. The helicopter lands in front of them and the car approaches from behind.

Liber8's internal power struggle takes a mega-violent turn as Sonya and Travis recruit gangs as their weapons. Kiera investigates a new (to 2013) street drug that she recognizes from the future. The drug, called "flash" in 2013, is administered by eye drops and allows the user to remember vividly events from the past. Alec is part of a group in a car in which the driver had taken the drug. It crashes and Alec ends up with an arm in a sling. He was also given a plastic ampule of the drug but had not taken it. Kiera learns that Sonya is paying the gang she had recruited to kill Travis with flash. Kiera and Carlos track one of the gang members to the lab where it is being produced and a gunfight ensues in which many of the gang members present are killed. Sonya is there and targets Keira, but neither is successful in their attempts to kill the other. Travis calls members of various gangs together for a meeting and presents them with the heads of their former leaders.

Here you can see the edge of the actual stage against the space ship set. The crew had more room here since they didn't have walls behind them.

Still trapped on the derelict escape pod, Raegan's fate becomes subject to a tense negotiation between Tipton and the ship's computer, Tara.

The Computer tries to convince Raegen that her suspicious motives are actually for both of their safety, and that Tipton should not be trusted.

Raegen instructs the Computer to wake Tipton from his sleep in the life support chamber, but the consequences of this action could jeopardize the entire mission.

Faced with his lost memories, Raegan struggles to convince Tipton that they love each other, and that she needs his help for their most dangerous mission of all.

Raegen finally figures out who she is and why she's on the ship, but her new found memories do not make her predicament - or mission - any easier.

Raegan and Tipton's plan to destroy the ship hits a serious snag when the ship's computer reveals a stunning secret.

Raegen and Tipton put their plan to deceive the computer in motion and in doing so make a disturbing discovery.

The Computer throws a tantrum while Raegan and Tipton argue about returning to their home planet.

Raegen now has control over the Computer and readies the ship for its final mission. Tipton quietly considers his next step, which might just be his last.
