小龙在与卡伊的决斗中惨败，更糟的是连战斗陀螺也毁掉了，害得小龙非常沮丧，多亏了小乔的帮助，又做了全新的战斗陀螺，正当小龙决定再向陀螺杀手卡伊挑战时，小乔却被陀螺杀手掳走了！这下该怎么办才好？！

小龙与小乔在河边遇到了一个叫做马克斯的男孩，他也是战斗陀螺的高手哦，小龙忍不住又向马克斯挑战，没想到又是一下子就输了。

战斗陀螺锦标赛终于开幕了，这场大赛分为预赛跟决赛，选手必须通过四组的预赛才能参加决赛。首先A组由马克斯胜出，而B组原本是由卡伊与小乔并列，但是卡伊硬是把小乔的陀螺打出去，而X组则是由打败小田的小龙胜出，看来战况真是非常激烈呢！

金李终于出现，他轻轻松松地就拿到最后一组预赛的决赛权，最后就是马克斯、卡伊、小龙、金李等4人的准决赛，最后的胜利者到底是谁？！

终于到了第二场的准决赛，由小龙的龙骑士对抗金李的白虎战将。原本以为龙骑士瞬间消失的必杀绝招一定可以抵挡得了白虎战将的攻击，没想到却被撞击地粉身碎骨，情况危急！

最后的决战时刻！第一回合小龙以旋风攻击打败卡伊，第二回合卡伊发挥了烈焰飞凤的火焰箭击威力击败了小龙，双方进入第三回合的苦战。

小龙、马克斯、卡伊与金李在锦标赛之后组成BBA队，赢得世界大赛就是他们最大的目标，不过在这之前必须先通过亚洲大赛才行。

突然出现一个名叫奇奇的少年向小龙挑战。在第一回合中，小龙面对奇奇的攻势毫无招架之力，幸好第二回合反败为胜，不料这时突然出现一群自称白虎族的人，这白虎族究竟有什么厉害呢？！
