Devising a scheme for an interview with one of the cyclists, the CHiPs catch the culprit, an affiliate of the star of the supercycle show, by using a special-issue bike that can keep up with the cyclist.

While Ponch is in hospital, Jon and a new partner investigate several thefts involving city vehicles.

A handicapped driver causes headaches for Jon and Ponch when he is mistaken for a hit-and-run driver.

They learn that the lady is the wife of a doctor and helping only the poor. What shall they do? They have to arrest her first but the lady finds a way to be a doctor again.
