Season 3 is a duplicate of https://www.themoviedb.org/tv/139450.
Both of them should be their own series (because they're based off of different games) and this show should be locked.

Someone delete those in the last 10 days then given your inclusion of the links? I just noticed that the Mask of Truth standalone entry doesn't return a pic anymore :O?

There were also older duplicate reports on the 2 individual series (s2 and https://www.themoviedb.org/talk/62f8f9f67eb5f2007ea458d2) and the moderator who have processed them have removed the individual series.
On AniDB, as well as on MyAnimeList, they are listed as sequels.
