Hi,
The official website confirms there are 69 episodes in total: https://www.yakitate-japan.com/ By the way, it seems to have only one season (and indeed three narrative arcs).

I left only one season and unlocked it too. Feel free to add the rest of episodes. (The narrative arcs can be added as Episode Groups). Thanks for reporting.
