What's your source?
The data should follow the original Japanese release. So there should be a lot more episodes in the first season.

Oops my bad I think I mixed up some of my reports because I reported three animes at once. Season 1 is fine but why does season 2 start with episode 1 instead of episode 49 ?

Please ignore the seasons and episodes numbers! They are temporary as the seasons need to be merged.
I don't have time to look at this one right now, but I'll add it to my to-do list.
