Where is this and a few others at???

I was thinking about Northern Exposure and a few other network series I use to watch years ago like LA Law, ER, Lou Grant, Judging Amy, St Elsewhere, Chicago Hope, and Moonlighting. I wonder why I have not found them on Netflix, Hulu, or Amazon. Nor do I see them on any of the classic over the air channels. With streaming subscriptions I quit buy DVD's and paying to download series years ago.
I did see Lou Grant and ER on a cable channel briefly, may still be, but I no longer do cable. Have any of you seen these shows on Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, or free TV before?
