Why did you delete the first 4 episodes of season 1? There are indeed 51 episodes https://anidb.net/anime/438 Is it possible to go back on this deletion of episodes S01E01 to S01E04?

From your own link:

The first four TV episodes are actually Taiho Shichau zo: You are Under Arrest — the OVA from 1994, making episode five the first completely new episode. And since only cut versions of the first four OVA episodes were shown on TV, they were kept as part of the TV series.

These were released way before the series began airing, and should probably be their own separate entry. I can guess you can made a case of them being cut versions, but I'm not convinced.
