the third OVA series is about Z and ended after the sixth volume/DVD. The seventh episode here is a separate special, which I now also added in EN translation.

The DVD numbering go from (1) all the way at the bottom to (6). and then it says "プラス1" which translates to Plus 1.
The first paragraph basically says that "the 3rd series ended with volume 6, but Tenchi isn't over yet!" and then actually discribes the contents of the video.
