Frank and Caterina have to rescue her ex-fiancé, Zac, from a Mauritanian warlord. However Zac won't leave unless they can take a bus load of orphans that he has been caring for with them.

Frank is asked to travel to Libya by his old army buddy to rescue their friend and a fellow officer.
