2대 멜크를 만난 토리코와 마츠. 마츠는 멜크의 곁에 남기로 하고 토리코 혼자 멜크의 별조각과 초대 멜크를 찾아서 헤비 홀로 간다. 멜크가 작업하는 모습이 궁금해서 토리코르를 혼자 보낸 마츠는 멜크가 칼을 가는 모습을 보고 감탄을 금치 못한다. 한편 토리토는 헤비 홀의 강한 중력을 견뎌내며 달려드는 맹수들을 상대로 방어기술을 시험해 보는데...

마츠는 뛰어난 실력을 가지고 있으면서도 자신을 비하하고 선대를 떠받드는 멜크를 이상하게 여긴다. 그러던 중 멜크가 여자라는 사실을 알게 되는 마츠. 2대 멜크는 버려진 자신을 스승이 주워 다 키웠으며 스승으로부터 본격적으로 대장장이 기술을 배운 게 아니라고 솔직히 고백한다. 한편 헤비 홀의 중력에 힘들어하던 토리코는 마츠의 식칼 덕분에 기운을 차리고 지하 가장 깊은 곳에서 드디어 초대 멜크를 만나게 되는데...

선대 멜크로부터 멜크란 이름을 이어받으란 말을 확실히 듣지 못해 늘 자신감이 결여돼 있는 2대 멜크. 마츠는 그런 멜크를 위해 멜크가 만든 식칼을 사용해 요리를 한다. 그리고 맛있게 음식을 먹는 멜크에게 모든 게 멜크가 만든 식칼이 없었으면 만들지 못할 음식이라고 얘기한다. 그리고 멜크는 그런 마츠 덕분에 자신감을 얻게 된다. 한편 초대 멜크의 안내로 멜크의 별조각을 구한 토리코는 무사히 마츠가 있는 멜크 공방으로 돌아온다. 그리고 멜크는 용왕의 송곳니와 멜크의 별 조각을 사용해 마츠의 새 식칼을 만들어주기로 하는데...

토리코가 가져온 멜크의 별조각과 델로우스의 송곳니, 그리고 마츠의 부러진 식칼을 써서 멜크는 마침내 마츠의 새 식칼을 완성한다. 마츠는 새 식칼을 사용해 음식을 만든다. 토리코와 마츠와 멜크는 마츠가 만든 음식과 함께 멜크의 별조각을 맛본다. 한편 IGO의 회장 이치류와 재생가 요삭은 제브라가 갇혀있는 구르메 형무소를 찾아가는데...

허니 프리즌에 도착한 토리코와 마츠. 두 사람은 부소장인 오반의 안내로 허니 프리즌의 각 층에서 형벌을 풀코스를 제공받고 있는 죄수들을 구경한다. 그리고 무서운 교도관들과 처형 짐승을 다스리는 소장이 어떤 사람인지 무척 궁금해 하는 토리코와 마츠 앞에 마치 어린애처럼 생긴 러브 소장이 나타난다. 소장은 제브라의 출소를 안타까워하면서 두 사람을 제브라가 있는 곳으로 안내하는데...

브라의 출소를 축하하는 파티가 허니 프리즌에서 열린다. 마츠는 제브라를 위해 열심히 음식을 준비하지만 제브라와 토리코는 순식간에 산더미 같은 음식을 다 먹어치운다. 그러던 중 몬스터 시즌을 맞아 허니 프리즌 근처에서 날뛰는 짐승들이 신경에 거슬린 제브라는 혼자서 밖으로 뛰쳐나가는데...
