Missing special episodes

One Piece has more than 40 episodes and extras (Including Movies), but only 21 have been created in TMDB.

I assume that TMDB is different from TVDB because movies are not included as specials. It is right?

Correct. Films belong in the film section and we do not want to duplicate that content in the tv section. You can read more about our guidelines for the specials season here.
