Blake and Rascal Flatts are impressed by Blake's left of center rock artists, whose electrifying performance of a 90's alt rock hit puts Blake in an agonizing position and the other coaches on notice. Adam and Joe Jonas task two of Adam's powerhouse vocalists to put their own spin on a current chart-topping pop song, and their emotional delivery leaves the coaches floored. Blake, Jennifer and Miley each have one steal left. Adam has two, and is on the hunt.

Miley shocks and breaks with precedent by making a special, and very significant, acquisition to her team. Although Jennifer has a specific vision for what she is looking for with her remaining steal, she finds competition with another coach who also has an eye out.

The battle rounds conclude as guest advisers Rascal Flatts, Billy Ray Cyrus, Joe Jonas, and Kelly Rowland continue to work with the artists.
