I actually reported something similar here (https://www.themoviedb.org/tv/37527-chobits/discuss/603544c374645700400179d9), and while it looks like episode S01E27 was deleted, the others were not. There are two recap episodes still within the series which pushes the last two episodes to S01E25/26 when there should only be 24 episodes in the series.
