Extra Details: From what I can find the date listed here is wrong, but the field is locked. According to the Fandom Wiki, this OVA was first shown during a picture exhibition on July 30, 2008.

I can't find any source referencing October 2009. There was a Blu-ray release in October, but it was in 2010 and on the 20th. So nothing seems to fit here (and this would also go against the "originally aired" date rule).
