Extra Details: Instead of 7 seasons (Season 1-6 & Final Act) the episodes are grouped by Final Act & non Final Act. The episode guide on Wikipedia is correct.

As already indicated in this previous content report, this is the way this series have been originally broadcasted in Japan.

Why does TMDB go against the main order than everyone globally use?

Because we have specific guidelines for anime. If the episode count is continuous, all episodes should be in a single season. If the episode count is restarted, the episodes should be added to a new season.
As @superboy97 said, this is how it originally aired in Japan.
