One off 90 minute special airing 7th January 2011 Hosted by Jonathan Ross, where magicians Penn Jillette and Teller give several British magicians the chance to fool them, with a prize of the opportunity to fly to Las Vegas and open for the duo.

In today's episode, illusionists High Jinx, danger man Jon Allen and comedy mentalist Graham Jolley are the acts vying for a chance to win magic's greatest gig. After facing the challengers, Penn and Teller will close the show with a fantastic new trick of their own.

In tonight's show, comedy magician Mark Shortland gives Jonathan the fright of his life, French genius Mathieu Bich is stupendously mysterious, double act Young and Strange give stage illusions their own special twist and card shark Daniel Madison shows why the casinos are scared of him. After facing the challengers, Penn and Teller will close the show with a fantastic new trick of their own.

French illusionists Cubic Act, who use a magical box on stage, card expert Michael Vincent, Victorian magicians Morgan & West and award-winning performer Nick Einhorn try to outwit the double act with mind-boggling tricks, in the hope of landing a gig with them in Las Vegas. The duo also perform a trick involving a nailgun.

Aspiring magicians try to baffle masters of magic Penn and Teller. Sweden's hottest magic double act perform 'The World's Most Difficult' - and painful - card trick.

This week, the reigning world card trick champion, Shawn Farquhar, does the impossible right under Penn's nose. Plus Cuba's greatest magician - Manuel Martinez, who now lives in Margate - takes to the stage, and one act performs the most stunning climax to a trick ever seen on TV. Will any of the hopefuls manage to fool Penn and Teller?

Ross hosts and a number of magicians attempt to fool Penn and Teller with their best trick. If successful they manage to snag for themselves a spot in P&T’s Vegas stage show. Tonight comedy magician Piff the Magic Dragon performs his amazing illusions with the assistance of his trusty Chihuahua sidekick Mr Piffles, Hungarian magician Soma mesmerizes using mobile phones, Alan Hudson performs some musical predictions and street magician Damien O’Brien shows off some unique card tricks.

Penn and Teller themselves also make an appearance on stage with some of their trademark incredible routines.

Jonathan Ross presents the last episode in the series in which Penn & Teller aim to find the brightest up-and-coming illusionists. Each show challenges aspiring magicians to try to fool the duo with their most baffling trick in a bid to win the prize of a lifetime - the chance to perform in Penn & Teller's stage show in Las Vegas. This edition features Laura London - whose trick is as amazing as her outfit, a 15-year-old card trickster with nerves of steel and a mentalist with a mind-reading stomach. Plus Martin Daniels, son of magic legend Paul Daniels, performs his dad's all-time favourite trick. To close the show, Penn & Teller perform the world's first underwater card trick - with a shocking twist.

Magicians looking to fool them this time: sword swallowing magician Brett Loudermilk does a trick that's hard to swallow for Alyson, Dan Harlan does a card guessing trick with his animated stickmen, illusionist Ryan Joyce makes his assistant disappear leaving her silhouette behind, comedian magician Kyle Eschen makes lentil appear out of thin air, and finally - Penn, Teller and Jesse Eisenberg, who promotes his new movie about magic, try to outdo one another at a card guessing trick for Alyson.

Magicians looking to fool them this time: Robert Ramirez gives Alyson a puppy and does a prediction trick while playing tic-tac-toe with Teller, Dominik risks losing his hands along with Penn's watch during a Houdini-esque escape trick, comedian magician Joel Ward plays some tennis with Alyson and makes her ring disappear, Mahdi Gilbert, who had to learn how to do card tricks without using hands, does his own special hands-off trick with the three hosts, and finally, Penn and Teller show us how a trick where Teller plays a disembodied rocket man works.

This time around, comedy duo David & Leeman do a rope trick, Jibrizy Taylor does a sleight of mouth trick, escape artist Rick Maisel sets himself on the spin cycle and Felix Bodden does a card trick with two Jokers. And finally, Penn and his assistant Georgie play a dangerous game with fire.

Magicians looking to fool them this time: Alex Ramon makes a pesky lie detecting iPad disappear, showman Greg Frewin performs an epic version of Houdini's straitjacket trick while three villainesses try to knife him, Vinny Grosso bares it all for his tasty card guessing trick with Carrot Top, Arthur Trace freezes time to do his "eggcellent" vanishing trick for Alyson, and finally Penn teaches Alyson a card guessing trick using live rats and Teller's head.

Magicians looking to fool them this time: edgy illusionist Elliot Zimet boxes up a girl, Paul Gertner blows everyone's mind by making his cards talk, comedian and mentalist Matthew Disero guesses the colors of four audience members' underwear, Lithuanian magician Rokas Bernatonis charms Alyson while doing an X-Ray card guessing trick with her. And finally, Penn and Teller do a gory snakelicious trick which was responsible for the most complaints NBC had ever received from viewers when they did it 30 years ago on Saturday Night Live (SNL).

Magicians looking to fool them this time: Russian-born Vitaly Beckman does a card guessing trick by showing Alyson his photo album, Simon Coronel does a trick using poker chips, Mac King returns hungry as ever with a fish trick which disgusts Alyson, Kevin Viner does a mentalist trick with a random audience member and a plastic wall clock, and finally Penn juggles dangerously by playing with broken liquor bottles.
