Extra Details: I hate to muddy your movie/tv distinction any further, but this longer director's cut of Fanny and Alexander was released in Swedish theaters in 1983 before airing as a TV mini-series in 1984. Does that still mean it's television? What is television? It's weird seeing this on Letterboxd designated 1984 when it was released in 1983. I came here to fix the date maybe, but you only have the TV air dates, not the earlier theatrical release (it also showed at Venice in 1983). I can't rightly change the correct TV air dates!

It's one of the exception allowed in both sections. You can add the missing theatrical air dates to the movie entry.
