All the episodes have the original episode title locked making it impossible to add in the missing info. Wikipedia has the original episode names all on a one page list: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Juukou_B-Fighter#Episodes

Where do you see that the original episodes titles are locked ?
You just have to create the Japanese translation page.

The Primary Facts page of each episode. It doesn't show an unlock icon next to the field and I can't click the field to paste into it. For example, episode 1: https://www.themoviedb.org/tv/3228-juukou-b-fighter/season/1/episode/1/edit?active_nav_item=primary_facts

As indicated, you should create the Japanese translation page for the show. Without it, you can't enter the titles, but they aren't locked.
