Many returns to Casa Martini: Guido has returned to his experience in Africa, Lele returns with the twins. Absent instead Cettina and her family: the former housekeeper Martini has apparently disappeared in a shipwreck.

A nasty surprise awaits Guido and Maria: in fact, the two discover that the tenant of their apartment does not want to return the keys. During a chat, Nonno Libero reveals to Lele that he feels the weight of her old age.

Grandpa Libero left, it's up to Lele to look after the whole family. Elena and Bobò are anxious about their first day of school. Annuccia continues to behave rather arrogantly towards her younger brothers.

Maria is entrusted with the case of a little girl hospitalized for some stomach pains probably due to the absence of her grandfather, who left on a long journey. Maria discovers that the truth is much more painful.

Fanny and Maria become friends, but Maria is jealous because she fears that Fanny will flirt with Guido. She does not imagine that the young colleague is interested in another member of her family: her father.

Libero and Enrica return from Puglia for the Christmas holidays. Meanwhile Guido is refractory to the idea of starting a relationship with his newly found mother. Fanny discovers toxic waste dumped in a river.

Guido and Ave have a tough confrontation and the latter makes the fact that she hasn't been there in times of need increasingly weigh on her. Giulio wins the trio in the lottery and an unexpected snow in Poggiofiorito decorates Christmas day.

Maria prepares an exclusive evening for her and Guido, who is forced to stand her up. She feels a bit excluded from Guido's life since she is expecting a baby, and is convinced that he no longer likes him since he has a big bump.

As the last months of pregnancy approach for Maria, Lele feels that becoming a grandfather will be a new adventure, completely different from being a father. All the more reason because Mary's waters break early!

Nonno Libero returns to Rome to meet little Paola. Lele tries to convince Fanny not to continue the relationship, but she is really in love with her.

Giulio convinces Nonno Libero to participate in a new program, Cambio Nonno. Libero accepts and finds himself with a new family, moreover, from Lazio. As a result, that family's grandfather moves in with the Martinis.

The twins notice the silhouette of a woman behind the window of the Torello house and believe that it is the ghost of Cettina. Nonna Enrica, in this regard, organizes a séance to evoke her together with her friends.

A friend of Annuccia surprises Fanny and Lele. Annuccia, after finding out from her friend, doesn't accept her father's new girlfriend, unlike the family who are still a bit confused.

A colleague confesses to Lele that he is in love with Fanny. Lele, embarrassed, does not reveal that he is having an affair with her girlfriend. Meanwhile, Ave tells Guido that her sister did not take well the news of having a brother.

The twins convince Bianca and Lele to go to the Aqua Park, where they hope to make them fall in love. Fanny decides to follow them to get to know the twins well, but they really don't want to know.

Fanny decides to introduce Lele to her family. She has received permission from the Martinis to move into their house, because the maid Melina is unable to look after the child alone.

Bianca receives from the Vatican the task of preparing a chocolate sculpture, but the twins reduce it to crumbs. Lele helps Bianca and, after working all night, the two kiss.

Lele discovers that Fanny's analyzes have been switched and therefore the girl is not pregnant. The two decide to break up and now Lele can stay with Bianca, but the latter is about to return to the Netherlands.

The Martini family is summoned by the police because an American woman asks about them. The Martinis discover that the woman is actually Cettina, even if she seems to remember nothing of her past.

Lele tries, in vain, to get closer to Bianca, hurt by how she was treated by the doctor. She has felt seduced and abandoned by Fanny's pregnancy, and it is hard to forgive.

Maria believes that Guido is cheating on her with Albina, without knowing that she is his sister. Lele makes one last attempt to win Bianca back, but it's too late: she, the latter has to leave for the Netherlands.

The Martini family organizes a surprise birthday for Lele, desperate because he thinks of the woman he loves. Ciccio learns that Tracy has returned to Rome. She can't resist: he goes to see her at the stables!

Guido confesses the betrayal to his wife, who packs her bags and goes to live alone with her daughter, making Guido desperate. Ciccio understands that he is in love with Tracy. Meanwhile Lele goes to London and declares her love for Bianca.

Guido tries to win Maria back, but the girl, when she seems to have forgiven him, sends him a separation request. Lele intends to stay in Rome forever and announces it to the family, who are enthusiastic about it.

The double wedding of Nonno Libero and Ciccio is upon us and preparations are underway. Maria and Guido have to meet the lawyer for a preliminary interview, to talk about the separation. But will it be the right choice?
