Overview

国連の解体や東京大震災などを経て、学生達による反政府運動が再び活発になっている2020年の日本。学生運動の一拠点でもある武蔵野文芸大学に、一人の少女が入学してきた。彼女の名は尾形琳。類い稀なる舞踊の才能を持つ琳は、入学初日に人型二輪車ロボット・ライドバックと出会う。それが、世界を変革するきっかけだとは、誰一人知る由もなかった…。
