When I put your text in Google Translate, it reads:

Please be aware that TMDb follows the Japanese tv broadcast order, in which episode 11 aired as a 1-hour-episode in Japan. But, apparently, the episode was split into two parts in other countries. And it looks like it was split in China, too:

When this happens, TMDb follows the original airing and puts the parts in other countries into one episode. So, I think this is correct as is.
