The Joes have a new remote-control device in their possession. Cobra sends Zartan to steal this device while the Joes also send in their own spy to the enemy camp. The movie ends in a battle royale between Joe and Cobra forces.

Ending the original series, the G.I. Joe team work to prevent Cobra from destroying the world. Snake Eyes confronts Storm Shadow, Scarlett and Duke attempt stop Cobra, Roadblock and Gung-Ho encounter Destro and the Baroness.

Cobra seizes control of a new satellite for use with a new transportation device, and Duke is captured in the attempt. The G.I. Joe team learns that they must build their own device to defeat Cobra.

The Joes travel to the arctic to retrieve rare minerals to fuel their MASS device, but Cobra ambushes them, and Snake Eyes is presumed dead. Duke manages to escape the Cobra base with the help of a slave girl, but he is injured and cannot remember the base's location.

Snake Eyes returns home with the help of a wolf and a blind man. The Joes and Cobras battling for undersea elements must join forces to escape giant tubeworms on the ocean floor.

G.I. Joe tries to throw off Cobra with a false surrender while mounting a mission to the Ring of Fire for the third element. Destro sabotages the operation but is pursued by Scarlett.

Destro returns to Cobra base and seizes control of the operation from the Commander. The now-captured Scarlett and the slave girl organize a slave revolt. Duke's memories under sensory deprivation lead the Joes to the Cobra base where a final battle takes place. Cobra Commander is captured and taken to prison, but Destro escapes. The battle is over but not the war!

A Cobra attack on a Joe convoy results in the capture of Duke and Snake Eyes and the theft of a laser core which Destro uses to power his new weapon, the Weather Dominator. Meanwhile, Cobra Commander is briefly captured but rescued by Zartan.

Flint and Mutt, stranded by the weather dominator, hire Shipwreck to ferry them out of Cobra territory. Meanwhile, the Joes develop an energy mirror to fight the dominator's attacks, but Destro smashes them with a hailstorm. During the battle, Destro's weapon breaks, and the three pieces scatter over the globe.

As Flint, Mutt, and Shipwreck return to Joe Headquarters, the Joes and Cobras head to the Island of No Return and the jungle Palace of Doom to retrieve parts of the weather dominator.

As G.I. Joe and Cobra race to retrieve the three parts, Zartan ensures that each side acquires one piece, and then steals the laser core at the Roof of the World.

Cobra steals the Joes' piece of the dominator and assaults Zartan's base. Now in possession of all three pieces, Destro seeks to rebuild the weather dominator. The Joes locate the Cobra Temple and attack it.

Cobra briefly attacks a Joe shuttle launch long enough to load it with its own forces. Shipwreck and Snake Eyes are lost in Cobra territory, and Zartan uses the shuttle to commandeer a space station and destroy Joe Headquarters from space. Meanwhile, Cobra Commander reveals a plan to deprive most of the world of electricity.

With G.I. Joe headquarters nearly destroyed, the Joes establish a temporary base on the USS Flagg. Joes on the space station try to warn the team of Cobra's plan to plant cubes at strategic locations to create an electricity-inhibiting pyramid over the northern hemisphere.

The Joes rush to prevent Cobra from planting its huge cubes as Shipwreck and Snake Eyes try to evade detection.

Quick Kick joins Alpine and Bazooka, and the Crimson Twins turn the tables on Cobra Commander by taking control of the space station and the Pyramid of Darkness.

As the Cobra leaders struggle for control of their organization, Quick Kick and Shipwreck lead the Joes in an assault on Cobra forces to destroy their pyramid-creating abilities.

Cobra kidnaps a French scientist named Dr. Emil Mettier, and Zartan replaces him before he arrives at the World Wide Defense Center to complete their database on terrorism. Spirit is suspicious of the doctor, and when he investigates, he is confronted, then captured by Storm Shadow. Freedom escapes, and leads Lady Jaye, Recondo, Doc, Gung-Ho and Stalker back to the Defense Center, only to discover that Zartan has replaced the doctor and has set up a bomb. While the Joes search for the bomb, Gung-Ho locks Zartan in a prison cell in plain view of Zartan's countdown watch, which unbeknownst to Zartan, Gung-Ho has set it two minutes ahead. Zartan is fooled, and reveals the location in time for the bomb to be disarmed. Zartan escapes, and Spirit and the real Dr. Mettier are saved from death by laughing gas by Storm Shadow. Cobra launches one more futile attack, the Joes counter it, and all's right with the world.

Extensive Enterprises uses biker gangs to terrorize Red Rocket diners, then buys them back at a lower price and replaces the diners' rocket props with real rockets. But Roadblock's family, unaware of EE's connections to Cobra, refuses to sell their restaurant.

When Cobra uses a tractor beam to steal a spy satellite recently placed in space by the Joes, Breaker forces the satellite to crash in the jungles of Africa, but a tribe of hominid Primords complicates Joe and Cobra's efforts to recover the technology.

Cobra attacks crucial oil derricks, pipelines, and tankers, seeking to control the world's fuel supplies. But G.I. Joe use Cobra Commander's remote-control attacks to pinpoint his location.

Cobra kidnaps scientist Dr. Shakur in order to harness the energy of Earth's core and cause volcanic eruptions, but the Joes work through a number of traps to raid Cobra's jungle base and destroy Cobra's newest weapon.

Mutt, Junkyard, & Ripcord are kidnapped by Cobra, so that the evil scientist, Dr. Lucifer, can test his new invention, High Freq, a device which controls the minds of animals and insects, on Junkyard. Cobra use it to gain control of an army of animals to take over the world, and send Junkyard hunting after Mutt. In exchange for High Freq, Cobra agrees to break Dr. Lucifer's love, Dr. Attilla, out of jail. GI Joe learns of this, and has Scarlett pose as Attilla, but it's obvious to Lucifer she is not Attilla, and Scarlett is captured. Snake-Eyes and Spirit come to the rescue, using Timber and Freedom to sneak into Cobra's jungle castle and rescue Ripcord and Scarlet, and stop High Freq.

Flint, Dusty, Bazooka, Alpine, and others have to break into a temple to stop Cobra from its next plan to take over the world. When the temple turns out to be a fun house with obstacles of death, the Joes have to find their way to Cobra Commander and save the day!

Investigative reporter Hector Ramirez believes that Cobra is not a real threat and that G.I. Joe is a drain on taxpayers' money. But Shipwreck takes him on an unauthorized mission into Cobra territory to prove their danger.

A Crimson Guard steals a container filled with experimental rocket fuel, causing plants to grow to gargantuan sizes. Destro convinces Cobra Commander that the plants could be used in combat. Harvey 15 Bullock 6

The Joes travel to the arctic regions at the top of the world in order to stop Cobra from using the Aurora Borealis to melt the ice and flood coastal cities around the world.

Cobra attempts to cripple the Joes from within by replacing leaders and committee members with artificial beings known as synthoids. The synthoids cut G. I. Joe's budget and eventually order the team to disband.

When Destro discovers a synthoid of himself, he aids the Joes in defeating Cobra's synthoid plot.

Cobra Commander recruits an elderly Gypsy woman to use three small artifacts, which allow them to command three ghosts to attack the Joes. The Baroness and a phantom World War One pilot help the Joes recover the artifacts.

Movie producer wants the real G.I. Joes to star in his movie about them after finding actors to be too unrealistic.

Cobra backs a candidate for mayor and uses street thugs to intimidate voters and drum up public sympathy for Cobra's would-be mayor. The gang turns on Cobra when a brother of one of the youths is nearly burned in a fire.

Cobra creates a machine that destroys all the money in the country leaving all its citizens vitually penniless.

Flash, Airborne, and several other Joes discover that Cobra has amplified the psionic powers of some civilians for use as living weapons; one of the captives is Airborne's telekinetic brother.

Cobra steals the gold stored at Fort Knox and begins moving it out with a bullet train. When the Joes' equipment is destroyed in a surprise attack, they must use horses to stop the train.

Cobra develops a powerful sonic weapon and begins testing it on a country in the Middle East. An Arabian prince assists the Joes.

The Baroness discovers a conch shell whose song hypnotizes men. She uses the shell to seize control of Cobra and capture most of the Joes. One of the Crimson Twins aids Scarlett, Lady Jaye, and Cover Girl in rescuing their companions.

Cobra decides to test a new earthquake-causing weapon to disrupt a Japan peace conference. It is up to Quick Kick, Bazooka, and their trainees to stop Cobra.

The Joes have to use Cobra's vehicles to stop Cobra's attack on the city using the Joe's own vehicles.

A civilian's home is destroyed during a battle between G.I. Joe and Cobra, and he breaks into G.I. Joe Headquarters to seek revenge against Cobra.

A mission to rescue an archeologist from Cobra's clutches leads the Joes on a strange supernatural journey through the tunnel of an ancient Pharaoh's tomb to a confrontation with Osiris, the Egyptain god of the dead.

Cobra manages to breed dinosaurs with stolen DNA specimens from recently discovered dinosaur fossils. With the new reptilian help, Cobra plans to terrorize civilation.

When Flint goes to visit relatives in a small community by the sea, he learns that Cobra forces have set up the town as a mind-controlling base. By night, Cobra controls the residents and the citizens become an army of slave laborers, forced to construct a secret underwater base.

A Joe transport plane is caught in a storm, forcing the pilot to ditch his cargo, a valuable Mauler tank, over the desert. Dusty and Footloose volunteer to stay with the tank until it can be retrieved. They inadvertently parachute onto a Cobra proving ground and discover the evil organization's latest innovation: a metal alloy that's impervious to any conventional weapon! With tanks and planes constructed of this alloy, Cobra could attack the Joe team – or anyone else – without fear. With a battalion of Cobras hot on their heels, can Dusty and Footloose survive the track across the hostile desert to warn the Joes?

Shipwreck falls for a former Cobra agent Mara who had been tranformed into a water-breathing human/fish hybrid.

Dusty's mother has become very sick, and Duke orders Dusty to go home. When Dusty finds out his mother is having financial problems he turns to Tomax and Xamot for money, even if it means giving out G.I. Joe classified information!

G.I.Joe finds out Dusty is the traitor giving out classified information, and they order him to go to jail! Cobra springs him out, but what will happen when Dusty can sense the G.I. Joe's every move, and steals top secret chemicals to destroy G.I. Joe once and for all?!

G.I. Joe is placed under the command of a new computer, Watchdog, which directs Joes to Cobra targets. The computer is under Cobra's control, being used to spread Joe forces thin and leave headquarters vulnerable to attack.

Cobra uses a shuttle to steal all communication satellites. That means the only television network available is the Cobra Network Television which provides programs promoting their social messages such as Father's No Beast and new endings to classic movies. G.I. Joe first send three Joes up in Skystrikers powered by rocket boosters to take out Cobra's satellite. They discover that it is really a space station and are blasted back down to earth. Next they have a space training program to select a group of Joes to go back up. Their Skystrikers are destroyed again by the Space Station, but the group sneaks inside. Being better trained, they defeat the Dreadnoks and destroy the Space Station, escaping in a Cobra Shuttle, thus saving the wonderful world of television.

The Joes join forces with a Soviet operation team called ""The October Guard"" to save the world from what seems to be an invasion from outer space. But what is it about this flying saucer threat that seems so daunting? Do the space creatures really exist?

Cobra stakes out a rock concert & uses a rock group to put subliminal messages into the minds of the audience. When the Joe team breaks up their plans, they even get into the act by performing their theme song as ""The Average Joe Band"".

When the last surviving heir of the Russian Imperial Alaskan Colony Company shows up and claims to own Alaska, the Joes suspect it is a Cobra plot to wrench away America's largest state. The only way to disapprove the claim is for the Joes to go to Alaska and find the colony's Imperial Seal. Three problems: the seal has been missing for over a hundred years, the Russians are looking for the seal so they can reclaim Alaska, and Cobra is determined to stop them both!

Lady J receives a strange message from England, informing her she is the heir to an ancient manor. When she arrives, she finds herself thrust into a sinister mystery involving a strange hooded cult, secret passages, and the truth behind Destro's silver mask.

Cobra drugs Shipwreck to make him think he is in his hometown of Springfield, 6 years in the future. Cobra is vanquished forever, G.I.Joe is disbanded, he is married to his lost sweetheart, Mara (who is cured of her aquatic transformatin) and they have a daghter.

Shipwreck discovers that he is really in a facsimile of Springfield on the island of Temple Alpha during the present and finds out that it's people are really synthoids.

A surprise attack by Cobra, using the new BATs, reveals that the Joes have gotten sloppy. General Hawk asks Sergeant Slaughter to help whip the team back into shape. Meanwhile, a series of dreams prompt Dr. Mindbender to concoct a plan to build a new Cobra leader from the DNA of long-dead conquerors. A package downed Night Raven reveals that Zartan has been asked to expand his team of Dreadnoks so he turns to his siblings, Zandar and Zarana for help, and the Joes investigate and discover the plan, only to be cornered by Thrasher and his Thunder Machine.

The Joes send teams out to guard the tombs on Zartan's list, but each team is defeated in turn: by Zarana in Egypt, the Crimson Twins in Paris, the Dreadnoks in the Yucatan, and the Baroness in Transylvania. Duke's team and the Oktober Guard are in a standoff with BATs while defending the tomb of Ivan the Terrible.

Cobra takes DNA from the tombs of Ivan the Terrible and Alexander the Great. Sergeant Slaughter retrieves a DNA pack from Cobra's raid on Sun Tzu's tomb, and from it the Joes surmise that Cobra is building a new breed of soldiers. Dr. Mindbender intends to use Slaughter's DNA as a replacement, and so feigns defeat as a ploy to retrieve the sarcophagus of Genghis Khan and capture Slaughter.

Cobra Commander sabotages Dr. Mindbender's first experiment, and it rises as a hideous monster. Sergeant Slaughter briefly escapes, then is recaptured but manages to destroy his DNA sample. The second attempt is successful, and Serpentor is created. Meanwhile, a Joe search party is sent to Cobra Island to rescue Slaughter and learn more about Cobra's plans.

Seargent Slaughter and the rescue team escape Cobra Island, but Serpentor captures Washington D.C. just as the Joes learn about the new leader. But Serpentor's lack of experience in modern warfare puts Cobra at a disadvantage when G.I. Joe stages a counterattack.

Lady Jaye disguises herself as the Baroness in order to learn about a Cobra weapon created to form whirlpools and tidal waves.

When the Joes seek to recover a sample of anti-matter from a sunken ship, Zarana is sent to their headquarters to sabotage the operation. She and Mainframe discover they have feelings for each other. In the aftermath of a battle, the USS Flagg is sunk.

An aging admiral learns that his ship is to be scrapped, and he turns to Cobra for help. Cobra renders his ship impervious to electronic vessels, so G.I. Joe must use the two-hundred-year-old USS Constitution to defeat him.

Cobra discovers an Asian tree sap that brainwashes people, and uses it to enslave the native population. Leatherneck must care for four orphans while the other Joes try to prevent Cobra from marketing the sap as chewing gum.

When an orphanage is accidentally damaged during a battle, Shipwreck and other members from G.I. Joe volunteer to help repair it. While doing so, Shipwreck is dragged into telling the children a fairy tale...a typically cockeyed Shipwreck extravaganza!

Bree Van Mark, a cute wealthy woman, develops a crush on Lifeline after he rescues her and her father from a sinking yacht during a battle between G.I. Joe and Cobra. Lifeline discovers that Cobra is after Bree's father, a wealthy industrialist whose holding include a defense company. But the Joes think that Bree is working for Cobra since some of her gifts, including a gold plated helicopter, have backfires. She flies off in a Tomahawk taking Lifeline with her. They head to a cabin in the Rockies and are followed by Cobra. Lifeline, who is a pacifist, must fend off Cobra until the rest of the Joes arrives.

Cobra stages a telethon to raise money for a computer virus that will bring down all the computer systems in the world, as the Joes try to rescue Sci Fi and Lifeline...

Leatherneck attends graduation ceremonies at a new academy and discovers it run by former enemy Buck McCann, who is loyal to Cobra. Leatherneck must foil McCann's plan to destroy Parris Island Marine Academy.

Madame Vail (voice- Mary McDonald Lewis) agrees to sell her youth transference machine, which makes people young (and beautiful), in return for kidnapping some of the world's top models, who's youth and beauty will be transferred to the machine's user. One of these models is Low Light's sister, Una...

The Joes visit an arctic region where Icebergs Girlfriend is collecting samples of animals tissue for her Uncles research at the Tropadome. Icebergs goes to the Trapadome only to be captured by Doctor Mindbenders new mutant animal army...

International superspy Matthew Burke volunteers his services in helping the Joes transport nerve gas to a safe facility.

Cobra steals Madame Versalles youth treatment. The Joes try to figure out why and that leads them to the Ageless Care Spa, where lady Jaye, Mainframe and Dial Tone are turned into seven year olds...

Sergeant Slaughter accompanies Sci-Fi to a science fiction convention, where Dr. Mindbender recruits a handicapped scientist to repair his latest weapon. Mindbender's false promises to enable the scientist to walk again lead him to walk all over his brother.

Wet-Suit and Leatherneck have never, ever got along but their heated rivalry must take a backseat when Serpentor begins collecting artifacts from his former lives to gain power, and Leatherneck is poisoned trying to stop him. Wet-Suit has to prove he doesn't have any hard feelings for Leatherneck, as he and Lifeline risk their lives trying to recover an antidote from Serpentor's blood.

The Joes stumble upon an oil platform being used by Cobra to try to salvage the anti-matter pod that went down with the USS Flagg and the Cobra helicarrier. The Joes investigate, followed by Zartan and the Dreadknocks, but both teams are captured by an insane Cobra cook named LaCar...

Sergeant Slaughter is captured by Cobra Commander and goes through a series of blood sports with the prize being to assassinate Serpentor...

There is a Joe/Cobra battle over the Suez Canal when a spacecraft flies overhead and drops a glowing coil. When Joe and Cobra teams are dispatched to investigate, they are sent back to Ancient Greece...

Cobra takes advantage of General Hawk going to a NATO meeting in Europe and infiltrates the Department Of Defense's computers and promotes Lifeline, Dial Tone and Shipwreck (who's not even in the army) all to the rank of Colonel. The three can't cooperate and are not quite officer material which creates utter pandemonium at G.I. Joe Headquarters. Cobra capitalizes on the situation and attacks a research lab near the Joes' base. The Joes are defeated easily and fall back to Joe HQ. Hawk arrives in the nick of time and organizes a counter offensive, pushing Cobra back.

All of the Joes are having nightmare involving a huge snake attacking them. At first they feel that it is due to the stress of the situation. As the nightmares continue, it begins to affect the Joes performance fighting Cobra. In fact, Cobra is controlling the Joes' dreams in an effort to disable them...

A group of Joes are attending Lifeline's sister's wedding while other Joes are at a nearby weapons depot testing new armor. The Dreadnoks are able to attach small receivers to the back of the Joes' necks and capture Roadblock. Dr. Mindbender uses an organ to send signals to the receivers that controls the Joes emotions...

Wet Suit, Leatherneck, Dial Tone and their dates attend the grand opening of a trendy new night club. The club turns out to be on a Cobra rocket and is sent into orbit around earth. Serpentor demands that Dr. Mullaney surrender himself and his nitrogen fuel engine over to Cobra or they will detonate the club. Wet Suit goes outside the club and with Leatherneck's help, disables the bombs. Meanwhile, Dr. Mullaney surrenders to Cobra. The Joes use the Nitrogen engine to bring the Club back to Earth and Dr. Mullaney escapes, when all of the Cobra jets with the new engines crash thanks to the unstable Nitrogen fuel, turning all the Cobra jets into fire bombs.

Lady Jaye and Hawk are on the tv show Twenty Questions (hosted by Hector Remerez(voice- Neil Ross)) debating with Cobra Comm, Serpentor and Dr. Mindbender whether or not Cobra shot down a prototype jet, the Ghost. Meanwhile, both Joe and Cobra forces search for the two pilots who ejected...

Cobra Commander tries to communicate with the creature in the pit at Destro's ancestral home in Scotland and fails. Meanwhile, Dial Tone is discharged from the Joes and is hired to work on a communications project that turns out to be communicating with the creature. Flint is sent to spy on Dial Tone in disguise. Dial Tone gets the machine to work and Cobra Commander tells it to destroy Serpentor...

Slipstream in his Conquest intercepts a Cobra message, which contains an important command code. A squadron of Night Raven are sent after him. He and one of the Night Ravens crash land on an remote island Cobra base. The Stratoviper, a lady named Raven, is injured and not very friendly towards Slipstream. But when BATs land on the island and start firing on both of them, the are forced to team up and enter the abandoned Cobra base, with Doctor Mindbender watching...

The Joes are highly annoyed by Cross Country's country music are glad when his tape deck is destroyed during a Cobra battle. When his new tape deck is stolen back at HQ, he intends to find out what's going on and sets a trap. He spots a robotic rat stealing the tape deck and he follows it to a Cobra meeting of the Coil, a group against Serpentor lead by Cobra Commander...

While Cobra Commander and Serpentor accuse each other's stewardship of Cobra as the root cause of the organization's failures, a mysterious woman breaks into the Terrordrome. Cobra Commander leads the counter-attack, but in an attempt to rid himself of Serpentor, allows the intruder to escape. Reaching Serpentor, the intruder reveals herself as Pythona, who comes from a secret civilization known as Cobra-La. Pythona states that they were responsible for causing Doctor Mindbender to create Serpentor through dream manipulation. At her urging, Serpentor plans to capture G.I. Joe's newest weapon, the Broadcast Energy Transmitter (BET).

G.I. Joe is acting as the Peace Corps helping a poor village, when they met journalist/cameraman Leonard Michaels aka Scoop who joins the Joes. Cobra attacks a monastery to get the secret to the Dragonfire, a mysterious energy in the earth. Destro dumps the Baroness for Zarana, so Baroness plots with Gnawgahyde to return Cobra Commander to human form to get revenge. Scoop turns out to be a Crimson Guard commander spying on GI Joe...

Cobra has a map showing the locations of Dragonfire around the world, and the Joes and Cobra battle over one of the locations in a mountain. Baroness and Gnawgahyde use the Dragonfire to DNA convert Cobra Commander back into human form. The Joes manage to get inside the mountain base, but are flooded out...

Next location is a jungle temple in South America, and there's three factions: Serpentor, the Joes, and Cobra Commander. Scoop finds out he was tricked into joining Cobra and turns against them. But the Joes discover he's a Cobra. Cobra Commander uses the Dragonfire to turn monkeys in Ape Warriors that attack the Joes...

Scoop returns to Cobra to try to defeat them. Gnawgahyde steals a Conquests and blasts the Joes. Cobra Commander starts fusing animals with vehicles and creates Python Patrol. Serpentor is defeated and fused with Gnogahide's pet iguana. The Joes return to base while Low Light stays behind. Destro dumps Zarana for the Baroness...

The final location is a mesa. Cobra links all of the Dragonfire bases together through their satellite to create an energy weapon and to supercharge their vehicles with the Dragonfire energy. Finally the Joes have their own Dragonfire after Freedom finds a Native American man who knows how to active it. Scoops sends the Joes the frequency to disable Cobra's Dragonfire and causes a chain reaction that destroys all of Cobra's Dragonfire bases.

Cobra Commander threatens to unleash a deadly mind numbing gas on the world unless they surrender to Cobra...

Night Creeper Leader is hit on the head during a battle with the Joes in Egypt and begins to believe he is the reincarnated Pharoah and attempts to take over Egypt...

Metal Heads Grandmother comes to visit, who believes he is the leader of Cobra, much to Cobra Commanders disgust...

The Joes are on vacation at Volcania, also known as 'Club Joe', also on the Island of Volcania is General Hawk, who has been reassigned because his superiors believe he is too old. Cobra launches an attack on Volcania and assumes control of the Island, Destro has created new weaponry which Cobra Commander threatens the world with. When they do not meet his demands, Cobra Commander becomes angered and fires on the California River bridge...

The United Nations do not believe Cobra Commander really destroyed the bridge, and send a fleet to Volcania. General Hawk rescues the Joes and they attack the Cobra Command centre hidden within the Volcano, the command centre is destroyed and takes Destros space gun weapon with it. Cobra Commander and his troops pursue the Joes until reinforcements and the UN fleet arrives, allowing the Joes victory once more.

Cobra plans to destroy the Ozone layer and have people buy Cobra Commanders deadly new sun tan lotion...

G.I. Joe/Oktober Guard team up with Rampart and Cpt. Krimov to work on a space satellite while Sgt. Slaughter, Sub-Zero and Stretcher monitoring their movements, but Cobra wants it for themselves which led to the capturing of the satellite and the 2 Joes. it up to sub-zero and Stretcher to save them while the Sarge back them up with the troops against cobra attacks.

Ambush finds his lost love Evy, only to find she has now joined Cobra...
