Mick and Joey are hired by a man (Wings Hauser) to track down his missing daughter (Brandy Sanders), whom they find working at a strip joint with a killer hot on her spiked heels.

When a homeless, disabled man is accused of murder, Mick and Joey set out to clear his name and run into a loan-shark operation with a stong-arm crew of punk rollerblades.

The brothers get mixed up in a Central American guerilla action when all they expected was a surfing camp.
