The new school year begins at Amanogawa High School, and Kengo Utahoshi is detecting strange energies around the school. And things get stranger when yankee-looking Gentaro Kisaragi transfers into the school and decides that he wants to be Kengo's friend.

Kengo reveals to Gentaro that he must turn off the Zodiarts Switch used by the person who activated it in order to truly defeat a Zodiarts. As Gentaro and Yuki search the campus for the owner of the Zodiarts Switch, she begins to tell Gentaro more about Kengo and how he came to have the Fourze Driver and the Astroswitches.

When the annual Queen Festival comes around, Gentaro decides if he wants to befriend Miu Kazashiro, he must convince Yuki to enter a talent contest that Miu wins every year and beat her.

Gentaro decides to help Miu retain her title as Queen and Fourze goes after the Chameleon Zodiarts to protect Miu.

With Sonoda still absent from the school Gentaro's class gets a new homeroom teacher who is far more interested in Kickboxing than teaching.

Gentaro and the others are convinced that their new Homeroom Teacher is the Zodiarts that is currently rampaging, however, Ryusei figures out that the culprit is not their teacher.

Gentaro and his friends enter the third-year class headed by Mr. Ohsugi, and Gentaro tries to befriend new first-year students Haru and Ran. However, Haru is given a Zodiarts Switch by the Libra Zodiarts.

Gentaro and the Kamen Rider Club must figure out how to deal with Haru as the Musca Zodiarts and Mr. Ohsugi's discovery of the Rabbit Hatch, along with the latter's confiscation of the 38th Astroswitch.

After Gentaro's death at Ryusei's hands, Kengo does not know how to resurrect him as the Aries Zodiarts takes the other Kamen Rider Club members captive. Elsewhere, having betrayed Tachibana, Ryusei is able to talk to the revived Jiro.

Yuki visits the Paranormal Events Laboratory claiming that she saw her supposedly dead father entering the Deep Connect HQ building. The Houdini Eyecon, for some reason, decides to possess her. Takeru heads to Deep Connect to find out the truth.

Having lost his father, Alain is at loss of purpose in his life. Fumi approaches him and acts kindly by giving him new clothes. Makoto appears before him, asking for his help in investigating Yuki’s incident but...

Alain had brought a drawing set for Fumi but her Takoyaki stand is full of people looking worried while an ambulance is seen rushing away. Alain cannot believe what he hears once he asks what happened, his hope fading away yet again...

Yuki has infiltrated Deep Connect and it is none other than CEO Steve Bills who finds her, but offers her his help. Takeru and the others come aftewards and, while not fully trusting Bills, they follow him. Yuki finally reaches where her father is but a terrible truth awaits.

Igor changes his strategy after Ghost Mugen Damashii defeats another Gammaizer. Takeru finally knows the true meaning of fun thanks to the Brothers Grimm. Also, a new Gammaizer that controls wind appears before Takeru. Deep Specter and Necrom are being attacked on all sides. Alain cannot stand the idea that he might not be able to protect the treasures of this world. Meanwhile, Bills attempts to put his own plan into action by attempting in on an idol, to which Akari decides to replace. Apparently, this plan is connected to his goals from his own childhood. In order to re-inspire belief, Sanzo sends Alain to a training field in another world. But Akari and Onari also seem to be targeted by Igor's plans as well...

After confirming that she hears other people's thoughts, Takeru visits Honami's group members once again in order to help. Honami hears their thoughts, still saying only bad things about her. On top of that, Igor has set a Gamma on her due to her power and she feels now, more than ever, like quitting for good. Alain, on his part, is on the verge of defeat as well in the trial world he was sent to by Sanzo. Akari, who for some reason passed the audition for harp+y 4, is now faced with Honami's pressure but she decides to give her best.

Meanwhile, Makoto encounters his other "self", the one Kanon told him about.

In the Gamma world, the Gammaizers talk to Adel and tell him it is time to obtain new power.

Emu follows a patient who’s fled in fear of a doctor and encounters Taiga, who transforms into Kamen Rider Snipe. Once Emu learns of the past connection Taiga had to CR, he visits the dark hospital Taiga resides in to rescue the patient.

Emu cannot transform into a Kamen Rider since Taiga stole his Gashat. Medical Examiner Kiriya Kujo appears before a crestfallen Emu. He brings a Bugster-infected patient and offers to steal back Emu's Gashat in exchange of helping Kujo out with his prodigious gaming abilities.

Tsukuyomi and Geiz learn that 18-year-old Libras have been going missing from Amanogawa High for years and want to check it out, thinking that it's probably an Another Rider plot; Schwartz makes his presence known to Uhr and Ora, forcibly creating a new Another Rider.

Takumi joins Sougo in protecting Karin from Another Fourze; Tsukuyomi and Geiz learn that Karin is actually much older than she looks.

Touma learns that everyone has their own role to play as he must wait for Daishinji to finish maintaining his new Wonder Ride Book.

A woman from the southern base gives a Wonder Ride Book to Kento, who makes an oath with Touma and Rintarou.

Calibur and Saber race for the Table of Contents as the rest of the swordsmen continue their battle.
