Tendou finds out that his mimic self has crossed over to this world; Kagami is called in to fight a Worm and has his Rider Kick turned against him.

Tendou and Kagami wonder if Hiyori was telling the truth about not wanting to return; ZECT is having a hard time trying to keep an army of Worms out of Area Z.

With the realization that the defeat of Kai may mean the departure of the Imagin, Ryotaro begins to try and prove that he can fight on his own without any assistance.

With Ryotaro continuing to deny the help of the Imagin out of fear of losing them, Momotaros decides to take a stand while the others deal with the stowaway Imagin in the King Terminal.

Upon arriving in the World of Faiz and once more encountering the mysterious Daiki Kaito, Tsukasa finds himself in a school uniform and enrolled at Smart Brain High School. He learns that the high school is attacked on a nightly basis by beings called the Orphnoch, with only Faiz to protect the school. Daiki challenges Tsukasa to find out who Faiz is, and Tsukasa then challenges the Lucky Clover clique to a tennis match to see if any of them are Faiz. He beats them, learning that they are Orphnoch who are also after Faiz, and is forced to become Decade, using Blade's power against them. However, Decade is outclassed when Momose appears as the Tiger Orphnoch and warns him to back off.

After Tsukasa recovers the Faiz Gear, he learns Diend's reasons for wanting the belt before Takumi regains it so he and a shocked Yuri can escape on the Autovajin. However, as he exposed himself as the Wolf Orphnoch to protect her only to be forsaken, a saddened Takumi attempts to dispose of the Faiz Gear into the river. Managing to save the Gear while following him, Tsukasa returns to the photo studio where he put Yuri's confusion at ease. The next day, Daiki attacks Takumi to get the belt from him, nearly killing him when Tsukasa arrives with it. Refusing to take Tsukasa's words of something more precious than the Faiz Gear seriously, Daiki takes Decade's Ride Booker, and Narutaki takes advantage of the situation as he takes Tsukasa into another dimension to be killed by Kamen Rider Ryuga.

Arriving in the last world, the World of Hibiki, Tsukasa and company begin the search for Kamen Rider Hibiki when they are ambushed by the Makamou Kappa. An Oni in training named Asumu battles the monster until Decade uses Kabuto's powers to destroy it. On learning he is Hibiki's pupil, Tsukasa has Asumu bring him to his mentor. Upon seeing Tsukasa, Hibiki, who is shirking off from his duties as an Oni, believes him to be the legendary Ongekidō Grand Master. Meanwhile, Zanki slays a band of Bakeneko as Ibuki arrives to take them out as well. But when the last Bakeneko escapes them, Decade destroys it with the two groups as witness. Tsukasa visits Ibuki's school afterwards and talks with Ibuki and Akira about three special scrolls. Meanwhile, after failing to rob Hibiki as he takes his leave, Daiki is forced into becoming Asumu's mentor.

Using Ryuki's powers, Decade battles Gyuki while Ibuki and Zanki argue whose fault this was. When Akira and Todoroki join the fray in their Oni forms to save Asumu as he tries to protect them, with Decade joining them by using Den-O's Ax Form, they manage to defeat Gyuki. He runs off before regressing to Hibiki, and Yusuke and Natsumi find him shortly after. Later that night, after talking to Asumu, Akira and Todoroki confront their mentors to put aside their differences, with Tsukasa supporting them. Ibuki and Zanki promote them to the role of new teachers of their respective schools. Meanwhile, Hibiki reveals the nature of Gyuki to Yusuke and Natsumi as Daiki arrives to claim the last scroll.

Arriving in the new world with a strange card in hand, Tsukasa finds himself in the costume of a kuroko before running into Daiki who just stole a squid-like artifact. Daiki mentions that this world is not like the other A.R. Worlds before running off prior to the appearance of mysterious red fish-like monsters. Tsukasa is about to transform before several other Kuroko show up along with five young men and women who transform into the Shinkengers to fight drive them back into the Sanzu River.

After Tsukasa reveals himself, Takeru realizes that Tsukasa is the "Decade" Narutaki warned him about. Before the two can fight, Narutaki arrives to tell Tsukasa he is to blame for the terror brought unto the world by the Ayakashi Chinomanako who now has the powers of Diend, and that the only way to save the worlds he entered if he ceases to exist. After Takeru takes out the Nanashi and drives off Chinomanako as Shinken Red, Genta attacks Tsukasa believing that he is in league with Daiki until Natsumi takes him to the Hikari Studio, where Hikoma Kusakabe is hiding.

Akiko gets a job as a maid for the Sonozaki family in order to investigate a Dopant abducting pastry chefs.

Shotaro gets embroiled deeper in the Sonozakis connection to the Dopants as Akiko attempts to find the criminal behind the patisserie abductions.

A suspicious woman hires Shotaro to find a Dopant who is running amuck while taking the name “Kamen Rider” as his own.

Discovering a horrible secret from Saeko and seeing his partners captured by Arms Dopant, Philip must figure a way to save them even if using the unstable Fang Memory.

A serial bomber tied to a nest of Yummies leads to Eiji to reveal his past to Hina and forces him to encounter a strange man he believes is Mezool's victim.

Eiji must figure the means of stopping the mad bomber and his Yummies to prevent any more lost lives, even with Maki observing the creation of his worker's monsters.

The Greeed take an interest in a girl who wants to get better at kendo; Ankh takes an interest in Kamen Rider Birth; Hina gives both Eiji and Ankh gifts for saving her.

Eiji and Ankh try to find out the reason that the Yummy split in two, but Kamen Rider Birth is one step ahead of them.

Ankh is acting more standoffish than usual; a boxer is forced into retirement just before a big match and is captured by a bird Yummy.

Eiji is still super beat up from the previous battle but he is the only one who believes that Ankh did not create the bird Yummy; Kazuki heads back to the ring as Date and Gotou rush to stop him from injuring himself more.

After Ankh's cores were destroyed, he becomes in need of a body and yet again takes the detective's, also realizing that he's different now and creates a Yummy; Hina comes to the conclusion that she's been too selfish and reliant in regards to other people, making the decision to change and stand by Eiji no matter what; Ankh revives Uva and makes a deal with Dr. Maki to become his container of medals.

Kazari and Ankh butt heads over who is the leader of the Greeed; Hina and Gotou try to find Eiji's desire so that the purple medals will stop making him go berserk; Hina stops Ankh from taking medals from Eiji, but Kazari swoops in and gets the last of his nine medals; Eiji destroys one of Kazari's core medals, allowing Dr. Maki to steal the remaining medals from a weakened Kazari.

Kengo, Yuuki, and Gentaro are forced to take supplementary lessons on a Sunday due to missing classes whilst defeating Zodiarts. Meanwhile, Shun grows angry with the Kamen Rider Club and Miu's involvement with them. JK and Miu try and hold down the fort whilst the others are in class.

Gentaro, Miu, JK, and Yuuki continue to track down the Hound Zodiarts, and Shun decides it's time to make his own choices about his friends and school activities.

Yuuki is invited to join the Glee Club for a performance for the Kindergarten Class, however, her singing disrupts a fellow student in possession of a Zodiarts Switch.

The Perseus Zodiarts seems to be too powerful for Fourze to stop on his own, however, the appearance of the new Kamen Rider Meteor may change this battles ending...

Gremlin unleashes a dangerous Phantom who assumes form of a man called Naitō. But unlike the Phantoms Haruto and Kosuke had faced before, Naitō is attacking humans without discrimination.

With Legion too strong for even Kosuke to battle, Haruto must find a way to restore Wizardragon's powers before Legion strikes again.

Kouta starts to gain a reputation in Inves Games by fighting them as Kamen Rider Gaim, when Kaito Kumon reveals he too has a Sengoku Driver and the Banana Lockseed.

Kouta and Kaito work together to try to find Yuya, but they instead face off against an even more terrible enemy.

Kouta tries to overcome the events that befell him in the Helheim Forest against Zangetsu while Kaito challenges Mitsuzane to a fight, with the new Armored Rider Ryugen unable to fight Baron on his own.

Takatora reports to Ryoma, Sid, and Yoko that Kouta will be working for them in hunting down the Over Lords in an attempt to stop Helheim Forest. They agree to the plan, but the next time they all enter Helheim Forest, Ryoma has set up a trap to take Takatora out of the equation.

In the forest, Takatora is saved by the Over Lords and introduced to their leader Rosyuo who tells him of their past as the Femshinmu people and the secrets of Helheim. Later, Kouta, Kaito, and Mitsuzane all search the forest for Sid, but Sid has set a trap for Kouta. Then Kouta fights with Zangetsu Shin in Helheim Forest, unaware that it is actually Mitsuzane attacking him using his brother's weapons.

As Mitsuzane/Zangetsu Shin is about to kill Kouta, Takatora appears and stops him, revealing the two's relationship as brothers to Kouta. Later, the fight of the two brothers begins as Takatora returns as Zangetsu to fight Mitsuzane.

Kaito meets DJ Sagara, who provokes him and summons a ghost-like Gaim Kiwami Arms. After the battle, he gets caught up in an alternate world where he leads Team Baron in the competition for soccer's All Rider Cup.

Shinnosuke and Kiriko are sent to investigate an art gallery where there have been rumors of women's ghosts being eaten by a monster, but when they arrive they find the owner Asaya refuting the rumors while asking Kiriko to model for him. While suspicious of Asaya, Shinnosuke investigates the gallery, only to be hit by the "Heaviness" and the appearance of a Roidmude targeting Kiriko.

Shinnosuke must deal with both Chaser and the Paint Roidmude, as Rinna reveals to him the secrets to Asaya's paintings.

Roidmude 008 has started his move! Intent on obtaining Over Evolved, he has started kidnapping women driving cars. Drive and the Unit give chase but he is too fast and it is hard to keep on his tail. They decide to try a sting operation by impersonating a couple in a car. This makes Chase react, since he is, right now, in the process of obtaining a driver’s licence. Meanwhile, Mr. Belt confronts Go after Heart told them of Professor Banno’s existence. The professor, saying “It is about time.”, reveals himself to Mr. Belt and also informs Kiriko that he is her father…

Go believed that if Krim Steinbelt and Banno joined forces, the Roidmudes could be eliminated. However, he was betrayed by none other than Banno himself. After being attacked, Mr. Belt is stolen from Shinnosuke and kidnapped by the mysterious Roidmude 004. Heart speaks to the now despairing Go and Shinnosuke, explaining what happened between him and Banno, who he calls "the lowest of humans", in the past. Meanwhile, Chase is after the Tornado Roidmude, who has kidnapped Kiriko.

Gold Drive, after mercilessly attacking Heart, Medic, and the three Kamen Riders, goes to the “Promised Land”. He also has the Grim Reaper Roidmudes storm the Kuruma Driver's License Center and incapacitate the Special Unit. The last stage of Banno’s preparations for a second Global Freeze has commenced. Drive and the others, having barely survived the attack, go after Gold Drive. The final battle has begun but Chase does something unexpected. Meanwhile, Akira Hayase, Shinnosuke's former partner, despite not being fully recovered from the injury he suffered from the first Global Freeze, gets ready to go into the battle once again.

Chase protected Go in exchange for his life. Only after seeing him perish does Go realize the impact Chase had on him. Then, Gold Drive, whom Chase supposedly used his final strength to defeat, appears before him. Meanwhile, Shinnosuke heads for the rooftop of the SSDC alongside Heart and Medic. A device that would turn humanity into data, the Sigma Circular, is there. However, right before they could reach the place, the second Global Freeze hits...

Medic, in exchange for her life, healed Shinnosuke. Now, he and Heart use the last of their strength to destroy Sigma. After Sigma is destroyed, Heart challenges Shinnosuke for the last time to put an end their rivalry. However, Shinnosuke tries to call off the duel by convincing him to co-exist with humanity.

The next hero seems to be Billy the Kid. Takeru immediately gets Sennin's clue and at the same time, a new client comes to the Laboratory saying that something is wrong with their best friend. At the same time, Narita and Shibuya bring information of a sighting of the Mysterious Man. Akari and Onari follow the clue to the Mysterious Man and see him talking to Specter. The man, whose name is Saionji, talks about "what happened 10 years ago..."

All the inhabitants of the apartment building the friend lives in seem to be acting strangely as well. Takeru investigates and a Gamma appears. Takeru transforms into Ghost and fights but Specter appears. Takeru, who now has lost all fear, confronts Specter as well.

Ghost was able to defeat the giant Gamma with the Iguana Ghostriker and rescue Akari and Onari from the Gamma Commandos. Specter confronts Saionji, the mysterious man, who talks to him about what happened 10 years ago. The people from the apartment complex were being drawn to a monolith very similar to the one at Tenku Temple. It seems that the Gamma, Specter, Alain and Saionji all have their respective agendas.

Misora sends Kamen Rider Rogue flying through Skywall; Souichi reveals to Sento that there is a spy in the Touto government.

Seito challenges Touto to a best-of-three battle to decide who keeps Pandora's Box; Sento works to find a counter to Black Hazard's berserk state.

Sento is poisoned by Evolt, who then negotiates a deal with Ryuuga for the cure.

Evolt is now in possession of Ryuuga's body and goes after Pandora's Box. Sento reaches out to Gentoku, who has the last of the bottles.

Sento suspects that since Evolt has the Lost Bottles, he also has his father; Evolt plans to reunite Japan while Gentoku mopes over his dead father.

Sento's loyalties are questioned concerning his father; Misora makes a deal with Evolt.

With Kazumi now gone, it's time for the final confrontation with Evolt.

Ryuuga has flown away with Evolt. Sento decides to go bring him back as the two worlds are about to merge.

Uhr gives Kuroto Dan the powers of Kamen Rider OOO, which leads to Kuroto declaring himself king in 2018. Sougo finds common ground with this new Kuroto and wants to learn from him.

Sougo asks Kuroto just what type of king that he wants to be; Tsukuyomi learns to listen to all points of view.

Sougo has a dream that he is in the year 2022 and meets a man who goes by Kamen Rider Shinobi. Later, he encounters an Another Rider with the same attacks and a second Woz appears.

Sougo and crew are confused over the appearance of "White Woz"; Geiz and Tsukuyomi try time traveling to get the Kamen Rider Shinobi watch but are forbidden to land.

The DenLiner breaks down and the Imagin go to Junichirou to fix it; Yuuto Sakurai and Deneb emerge to stop Sougo from obtaining an unstoppable power.

Momotaros is warned about the demon king by Yuuto, taking back the Den-O watch in the process; the gang must travel back to 2011 to stop the Mole Imagin.

Sougo is given an ultimatum regarding his path by Schwartz and takes Tsukuyomi to visit her own time; enemies that should be defeated because of the previous Kamen Riders are now all returning.

Tsukasa has a plan to stop Schwartz, but it doesn't involve Sougo surviving the outcome.

Tsukuyomi has transformed into a Kamen Rider and the final battle has begun.

Aruto and Izu deliver a new Huma Gear to a famous manga artist and believe that he has lost his passion.

Horobi gives Jin permission to go after one of Zero-One's Progrise Keys, but he freezes up when confronted a Huma Gear and her father.

The police learn of Aruto's secret lab when a Huma Gear detective shows up to help solve the case.

Shining Hopper is not as powerful as it should be and Izu takes full blame for its failure.

Gai has taken over Hiden Intelligence and issued that all Huma Gear be scrapped.

At his new company, Aruto is tasked with bringing back the Huma Gear, G-Pen.

The Ark takes over Horobi's body and sends Yaiba to the hospital; Fuwa struggles with now knowing that his family is not dead.

Ark sends Naki to pay a visit to Gai; the vice president of Hiden enacts a plan to take back the company.

A young writer possessing a strange book comes face-to-face with a monster using books for evil.

A man with a blue lion arrives and takes Touma to a place filled with books.

Touma and company plan to sneak into the Southern Base to meet with Master Logos.

Ogami receives some needed advice from his son; Reika blatantly lies to the swordsman about Master Logos' words.

Touma pleads for Kento to fight with the other swordsmen as they battle Master Logos.

Touma is able to win over Kento, but there is still unfinished business with Ren and Master Logos.

A man working at his family's bathhouse discovers that there is a demon living inside of him that only he can see.

Genta offers his assistance to finish the new Vistamp, but George is reluctant to work with his father.

Daiji struggles to rejoin his family as they prepare to take out Akaishi once and for all.

Vice has been swallowed up by Giff and the others are determined to stop Daiji from joining him.

Ikki has no memories of his family at all and makes the decision to move out on his own with Vice.

Vice plans to fight Ikki so that he'll no longer be remembered and that the contract they made will be null.

Michinaga's job has him renovating Ace's house when they are called in for round three of the Desire Grand Prix: a duos battle that resembles a concentration-like card game.

In the midst of the duos round, the others find out that Morio is a wanted criminal as he proposes to Michinaga a change in partners.

Beroba starts up her own Jamato Grand Prix, but the Desire Grand Prix contestants refuse to sit idle as the Jamato run loose on the city.

A local festival is canceled due to frequent reports of Jamato attacks, even though a young boy was looking forward to it so that he could wish his mother well again.

The Desire Grand Prix staff has left, but the competitors still have their memories intact and the Jamato are still on the loose.

Sara goes missing after bumping into Daichi during a Jamato attack.

Beroba recruits DaPaan to be a Rider again while Ace prepares to face Keiwa.

Ace remakes the world back to before Keiwa's wish.

Kekera wipes out all other Kamen Riders to teach Keiwa a lesson.

A boy appears in front of Houtarou and others, asking to take over Saboneedle. Since Ordinary people and Chemies cannot coexist, Rinne, who values the rules, tries to accept the boy's request, but Houtarou is not convinced.

Doesn't he really want to be with Saboneedle? Houtarou tries his best to find out the boy's true feelings, but then a new Malgam appears. What is the true identity of Malgam who is targeting the boy for some reason!?

Saboneedle flew out of the driver during the battle with Dragonfly Malgam. Houtarou senses something as Riku becomes more distraught than ever, asking, "Where has Sabosuke gone?"

Supana returns to his master Kyoka Edami to have her repair his Valvarusher, which was heavily damaged during his battles with the Three Dark Sisters. As he arrives in her laboratory, he becomes intrigued by the blueprints of a new weapon she is developing.

A giant snake suddenly appears from the sky and attacks people with its petrification rays. Houtaro transforms into Gotchard and confronts the snake, who speaks in an eerie voice.

While Houtarou is serving New Years Food to Rinne and the others, he's wondering who is the Orange Gotchard that appeared during Christmas, and the sudden strengthening of the Malgam...

Suddenly, a Malgam appeared before Houtarou! Houtarou transformed into Gotchard, but he struggled against the empowered Malgam. As the Orange Gotchard appeared, he tells the shaken young man "As you are right now, you'll never defeat that Malgam."

A suprising development awaits Houtarou and co. as a person starts to move after Geryon's revival...

Houtaro and the others are overjoyed to receive a letter from Minato saying that he will take down Geryon. They immediately rush to the location Minato has designated, but suddenly a new Malgam appears. Houtaro is deprived of all his cards except for Steamliner.

He is unable to transform into Gotchard. Houtaro still wants his cards back, so he consults with Kyoka and learns that there is only one way to transform, though it is a forbidden technique...

Houtaro transforms into Iron Gotchard, but his physical strength is depleted and the transformation is canceled. He is saved by Fuga, the father of Rinne, who suddenly appears and escapes from the battle with Dread Type One.

Fuga explains about "an incident" that occurred 10 years ago, which is the reason why Minato abandoned Houtaro and the others to follow Geryon. Houtaro and the others, who understand Minato's true intentions, confront him once again...!

Kaguya, who is reunited with Houtaro, comes to Furasu High School and charms the students with his "gorgeousness." Houtaro is taken aback by the notoriety that even a fan club has been formed.

Houtaro and Kaguya are again faced with the appearance of the Hundred's Kasshine army. Houtaro and the others transform into Riders and defeat them, but Kaguya utters ominous words about the leaders still being nearby...?!

Kaguya transforms into Legend and attacks Houtaro. Houtaro also transforms into Gotchard and fights back, but Kaguya shuts him down and says, "Gorgeous time is over," and leaves him alone.

They are supposed to have made up, but why? Houtaro and the others are puzzled by Kaguya's sudden change, but then a giant clock appears in the sky above them. What does the ticking of the clock mean? Moreover, the Dark King Gigist begins to act in secret...!?

By chance, Shoma meets a tough-looking man named Sujimoto and decides to help him with his work as he is asked.

Then Sujimoto is attacked by a Granute. Shoma receives a call from the Gochizo and rushes to the scene, where he transforms into Gavv and challenges the Granute to a fight.

The Kamen Rider appears! Hanto receives the news from Sachika and witnesses Gavv's battle...!?

Shoma mistakes the vegetables in the field for wildflowers and is caught by the owners of the field, Ryoji and his wife Mutsuko. After the misunderstanding is cleared up, Shoma is welcomed kindly by the couple.

Hanto visits Granute researcher Suga and begins researching the Granutes. When Hanto is told about the true nature of Granutes, who kidnap humans to spice up sweets, he...!?

An agent appears in front of Shoma, who is spending time with an elderly couple. Shoma escapes and confronts the agent, but then an unexpected person appears...!

Shoma gets candy from children dressed in Halloween costumes. He is thrilled to taste the first candy that does not melt immediately, and new Gochizo are born one after another.

Meanwhile, Hanto approaches Kirari and her friends, who gossip about monsters. He goes to Kirari's dance school to look for clues. Then he sees a suspicious man following Kirari's friend Rika...!

Hanto comes to "Hapipare" to ask for help in finding a missing cake store. Shoma hears about it and secretly sends the Gochizo to search for it.

The Gochizo's report reveals that the owner of the suspicious cake store is at the kindergarten. Shoma and Hanto sneak into the kindergarten and find that the owner is actually a Granute! Hanto escapes Shoma, transforms into Valen, and angrily attacks the Granute.

Gavv joins him, and the two join forces to confront the Granute...!

Shoma, searching for a missing high school student, discovers that other "kind and gentle" people have been disappearing one after another. Are such people the only ones being targeted by the Granute? If so, Sachika is in danger! Shoma rushes to Sachika's side, but...

Shoma and Hanto finally find the Granute and transform into Riders. Then a man in a hat appears. In front of Gavv and Valen, the man changes into Lage Nine and puts on a belt...!?

Shoma and Hanto are troubled by the appearance of Kamen Rider Vram. While discussing countermeasures, Shoma is pressed by Hanto, who says, "There's something you're not telling me..."!

Shoma and Hanto confront Granute Chooul, but then Lage Nine appears. Shoma and Hanto transform into Gavv and Valen to save those who were turned into human presses! They challenge Vram and Chooul to a battle.

However, Chooul escapes with the human press in his hands. Valen has Gavv track down Chooul and challenges Vram by himself!

Rakia starts working part-time at Hapipare on the recommendation of Shoma and Sachika. He is assigned to accompany a young boy who is going to meet a popular virtual streamer for the first time by introducing him to sweets.

Meanwhile, Hanto is satisfied with the new power given to him by Chocold, a Gochizo developed by Suga, but he suddenly begins to suffer from physical changes.

Suspicion surfaced that the virtual streamer's true identity was a Granute. However, the boy shrugged off Rakia's advice and went to the streamer. Having no choice but to follow him, Rakia discovers the Granute, who tries to attack the boy.

He lets the boy escape and challenges the Granute to a fight, but...!?
