一家五口，二儿子大二，小女儿小樱，父亲元太，母亲雪实。

这一天，大二在他所属的政府机关FENIX，隆重庆祝了他被任命為有史以来最年轻的班长，五人寿喜烧都盛况空前。

第二天的任命仪式很火爆，也是五十嵐家的一大喜事。

然而，任命仪式改变了五十嵐家的命运。

一个崇拜恶魔的邪恶团体Deadman的恶魔之手，指日可待。

五十嵐一辉為了保护家人，与体内的恶魔Vice签订契约，变成了假面骑士Revi。

然而，他坚持要保护他在医院时母亲不在的公共浴室。

不愿与FENIX签订独家合同，以假面骑士的身份与Deadmans战斗，他拒绝和议。

被选為契约使者的弟弟大二，

任务是将我应该使用的驱动程序交付给兄长，但在心中不知如何是好......

与此同时，一个Deadmans出现在高尔夫球练习场。

With Kamen Rider Evil now running around the city, a girl comes to Ikki for help with legal matters.

Ikki learns of a Deadman that is running around with a group of thieves; Daiji wakes up on the floor with no memory of how he got there.

Now that the identity of Kamen Rider Evil is out in the open, Ikki wonders if he'll ever see his brother again.

While battling Kagerou, Ikki must learn to believe in his brother rather than simply rescuing him.

The Deadmans are increasing their activity when Sakura receives a package from an unknown sender.

When she cannot transform like her brothers, Sakura questions her strength.

The Igarashi siblings plan to pick up the slack of the Fenix members on leave while the sky base is grounded, but George revokes Ikki and Hiromi's drivers.

George believes that the commander is a traitor; two of the Deadmans' followers have unfinished business with Ikki and Sakura.

Aguilera is set to join with Gifu when George discovers the location of the Deadmans base.

Now that the Deadmans are falling apart, the Igarashi siblings vow to be stronger than ever.

Ikki asks George if there is way to revert a stage three Deadmans when an old friend of Julio's asks Sakura for help.

Ikki is severely injured by his own powers during a battle; Julio asks a favor of Sakura.

An old squad member of Hiromi is on an undercover mission, but asks the Igarashi siblings to look after her old friend.

Despite his health, Hiromi promises to save his old friend.

Feelings of distrust for Fenix are running wild; Sakura receives an intriguing proposal.

Ikki is asked to go undercover by a talent agency when George sends him a new stamp to help out Vice.

Now that Vice and Ikki's situations have swapped, Vice makes a run for it.

With Ikki and Vice having been swapped for a week, George comes up with a plan to fix things.

The Demons Driver leaves to return to its original owner when George has something that he needs to share with the Igarashi siblings.

The Igarashi siblings deal with the bombshell dropped about their dad; Kagerou tells Daiji that he will be the one permanently in control.

Just as Kagerou has been dealt with, Vice goes out of control within Ikki; Weekend reveals their hand to the other siblings.

Daiji and Sakura are having trouble dealing with an out of control Ikki when George arrives with backup.

Giff is ready to revive when the Igarashi siblings discover that Hiromi is still alive, but does not remember anything, and so everyone devises a plan to create a film to help him remember.

At a reunion with some old soccer buddies, Ikki aggravates one his friends and can't figure out why.

Sakura fights the Rafflesia Deadman as Ikki remembers a promise that he made with Jiiko.

Genta takes refuge with Weekend; Sakura wants to return a suicidal Aguilera to life as a normal human.

With Lovekov not listening, Sakura decides to take Aguilera out for some fun before their battle; Daiji brute forces his way in his search for the doctor.

Daiji asks for Ikki's help in saving the doctor from the head of Fenix who has sent a warning message out to the public.

The director has scheduled his press conference as the Igarashi siblings try to figure out how to stop him.

Sakura engages with Vail when he turns his attention to Hana, whom he sees as Sakura's weakness; Tamaki is tested by Weekend.

The director tells the people that Giff means them no harm; Ikki tells Daiji that he thinks that they have a way to stop Giff.

Genta offers his assistance to finish the new Vistamp, but George is reluctant to work with his father.

Fenix begins attacking shelters set up by Weekend for those against Giff.

Ikki and Sakura are torn up about fighting Daiji; Hikaru is fed up with his father inflicting his ideals on people.

Ikki tells his parents about the consequence of his contract with Vice; Genta wants back in the fight.

Two fathers wish to repent for their sons as Genta and Vail prepare for a final showdown.

Daiji struggles to rejoin his family as they prepare to take out Akaishi once and for all.

Vice has been swallowed up by Giff and the others are determined to stop Daiji from joining him.

Tamaki is annoyed with not being a Kamen Rider; things are not looking up for the Igarashi demons.

Sakura is ignoring Lovekov's desire to fight just when her brothers finally figure out a way to hurt Giff.

Now that Giff is defeated, everyone tries to return to a normal life.

George tries to goad Ikki into fighting him, but Vice is afraid of Ikki losing any more memories.

Ikki has no memories of his family at all and makes the decision to move out on his own with Vice.

Vice plans to fight Ikki so that he'll no longer be remembered and that the contract they made will be null.
