There are those known as Takeshi who have fought since ancient times to protect people. Some of them have even dared to become Oni, to fight against the evil Makamou. Following the Oni are the boys and girls who start toward tomorrow, step by step�

After rescuing Chizu, Hibiki spends the night at the memorial where Asumu is staying. The next day, Asumu meets Hibiki out by the beach and they discuss what Hibiki does for a living. As Hibiki searches the mountain, Asumu follows him and is attacked in the woods, where he is rescued and witnesses Hibiki transform to fight the Hime and her child, a demon-spider called Tsuchigumo.

Both Adachi and Hibiki return to Tokyo where Hibiki is sent off to defeat a Yamabiko sighted at Okutama. Later on, Hibiki meets Asumu�s mother, who is ecstatic to see him. Meanwhile, the strain of studying for entrance exams begins to trouble Asumu as he worries about Hibiki and how safe he is with the type of job he has.

Asumu trails an old man whom he believes has connections to Hibiki after he sees him save a young girl. Elsewhere, Hibiki continues his battle with the Makamou who had been killing people in the forest. After the battle, Hibiki and Kasumi return to Tachibana�s sweet shop, where the Asumu and the old man are.

After a discussion with Hibiki about his plans after middle school, Asumu is reminded that he has no choice but to pass his entrance exam into Jounan, and he resolves to not see Hibiki until he gets in so he can share the good news. Meanwhile, Hibiki heads out after news that one of his comrades was injured in a fight, but can he handle an unfamiliar type of Makamou?

Ibuki, thinking Asumu is Hibiki�s apprentice, takes Asumu to where Hibiki and Kasumi are located. Hibiki and Asumu have a discussion about life and the challenges that everyone faces, leaving Asumu with a renewed passion to do well on his entrance exams. Hibiki then returns to battle the Bakegani that defeated him previously.

Excited over passing his entrance exam for Jounan, Asumu rushes to tell Hibiki the good news but is told he is training at a shrine deep in the mountains. Hinaka tells him how to get there and he sets off by himself. Meanwhile, Ibuki�s apprentice Akira arrives in the mountains and is attacked, forcing Ibuki to transform to fight a flying Makamou.

Lost in the forest, Asumu stumbles onto Ibuki�s camp where an irritated Akira tells Asumu that he will only hinder Hibiki if he continues following him around and that it would be best for him to leave. Asumu wonders just how true her words are and asks Hibiki himself how he feels about it after he arrives at the camp. Ibuki then defeats the Ittan-momen and Akira and Asumu make amends with each other.

Spring break has started and Asumu has already gotten off on the wrong foot, having missed going to the movies with his friend. He spends the rest of the day wandering around town and eventually encountering shoplifters. Meanwhile, Hibiki looks to see if his training paid off by taking down an Ooari while Ibuki and Akira track down a Makamou that seems to be a little more than they had suspected.

Asumu continues to wander through town after being a witness to the shoplifting, not really sure of himself and what to do next. Meanwhile, Hibiki and Ibuki team up to take down a very rare Makamou, Otoroshi.

Asumu begins his first day at Tachibana�s and discovers that Todoroki and Hitomi are related. Todoroki continues to fight the Bakegani as Kasumi notices something is wrong with him, while Zanki later arrives after he is called by Ichiro to examine a recording of Todoroki�s peculiar fighting style. Meanwhile, Hibiki practices on a dirtbike while waiting on standby�

Zanki visits Todoroki on the battlefield to question about his style of fighting while Asumu begins to have troubles at Tachibana�s and is then pulled into a conversation with Ichiro about the Oni. Hibiki later joins Todoroki in a fight against an Amikiri as Zanki makes a decision about his and Todoroki�s future.

While Hibiki enjoys a day off of fighting to run errands with Asumu, Ibuki and Todoroki are separately following two groups of Makamou that are heading towards Mount Asama. The Oni find it strange that the Makamou don�t want to fight nor do they attack humans, so just what is at the top of the mountain that draws them?

As Asumu and Mochi wait for Hibiki to return with the doctor, Akira is injured as Ibuki and Todoroki combine their strength to defeat the pair of Douji and Hime, but the Ubume and Yamaarashi are nowhere to be found. What they do find is a new, disturbing hybrid of the two Makamou and despite their best efforts, they can�t defeat it alone. Just then, Hibiki arrives as backup�

When strange magical creatures including something resembling the Minotaur begin to attack in Toriizaka, they are all confronted by a man with a strange ring and belt calling himself "Wizard".

While trying to battle the Phantom Hellhound, Haruto is accosted by Shunpei Nara, who wants to be a magician just like him.

Shunpei Nara decides to go on live television to show off his burgeoning magical powers while Haruto tries to deal with both the young man and Hellhound's attempts to attack him now that it is clear Shunpei is a Gate.

While trying to fight a new Phantom that has appeared looking for a new Gate, Koyomi is suddenly attacked by Medusa.

Haruto must find a way to defeat Caitsith before he converts Takagi while also helping Koyomi discover the truth of her origins.

The National Security Agency's Section Zero obtains a green Magic Stone, and so Kizaki abducts Wajima so he can commission his own Wizard Ring. At that time, a Phantom arrives to create a new Phantom from a child traveling from Akita to Tokyo, leaving Haruto alone on his mission.

While hunting down Gargoyle and having to deal with Kizaki, Kamen Rider Wizard appears to fall into a trap set up by Phoenix.

Around Christmas time, Misa locates a new Gate in the form of a young man with a Yankee fashion sense named Tatsuro, and Haruto must get to the bottom of what his hopes are in order to protect him from becoming a Phantom.

Both the Phantoms and Haruto keep an eye on the mysterious young man Kosuke Nitoh.

Haruto's and Kosuke's differing ways of handling things, from how to approach the issue on Phantoms to even eating doughnuts, causes a rift between the two magicians.

The three-way battle between Kamen Rider Wizard, Kamen Rider Beast, and the Phantom Hydra continues, with Oikawa's livelihood at stake as he is on the verge of becoming a Phantom. To try to get Kosuke to change his mind, Shunpei and Rinko tell him what really happens to Gates when they fall into despair.

When Rinko disappears and all that's found is her bloodied ID, Haruto seeks out her attacker, unaware that Yugo has disobeyed Wiseman and acted on his own volition, with Rinko in the way of his goals.

With Rinko's life on the line, Haruto readies himself for a battle with Phoenix who has become more powerful, despite Kosuke's intention to take Phoenix's magical power for himself.

Kosuke discovers Medusa's true identity as the school-aged girl Misa and attacks her, only for Rinko to arrest him. Going on the magician's hunch that she's after another schoolgirl as a Gate, Haruto and Shunpei attend the school to try to thwart Medusa's plans.

When it is discovered that Mayu is the twin sister of Misa, the girl who has become Medusa, Mayu makes it her mission to seek out the one part of her sister that is still alive within Medusa, even though Haruto believes it is better to save Takako first.

Gremlin unleashes a dangerous Phantom who assumes form of a man called Naitō. But unlike the Phantoms Haruto and Kosuke had faced before, Naitō is attacking humans without discrimination.

With Legion too strong for even Kosuke to battle, Haruto must find a way to restore Wizardragon's powers before Legion strikes again.

While Haruto and Rinko send by Kizaki to investigate Gremlin's human identity as Sora, Nitoh and Shunpei help save a young woman attacked as a possible Gate, only to discover that she is their favorite fashion model Chiaki. Meanwhile, Gremlin is acting stranger than usual...

With Chiaki revealed to be the Gate sought out by Argus, Omokagedō group tries to figure out what her despair may arise from, with Nitoh believing it may be her loss of popularity. Elsewhere, Haruto has met with Sora, the Gremlin Phantom, and upon realizing that not is all it seems, asks Rinko and Section 0 to investigate, and they discover what exactly happened to Sora Takigawa, as Haruto suspects the Phantom still has his human mind.

When Haruto goes to save a soccer player from a Phantom, the man recognizes him, and Haruto's former dreams of being a professional soccer player are revealed. Elsewhere, a well-dressed man enters the Omokagedō, although his reasons are not clear.

With Kazuya in the hospital, Haruto must find a way to defeat the Phantom Bahamut, even though the Phantom is much too powerful for him as Kamen Rider Wizard. Meanwhile, the mysterious Fueki commissions a Wizard Ring from Wajima.

Haruto is alarmed to find Kizaki has disappeared after he has been asked to search for Fueki, who kidnapped Yuzuru to seek out another person worthy of becoming a magician. After Kamen Rider Wizard saves Saionji, a novelist, Saionji reveals he is looking for a young woman to give him the inspiration to write again.

Saionji reveals it is Koyomi who he has been looking for all this time, saying he met her once 10 years ago. Meanwhile, Sora warns Nitoh about White Wizard, and he prepares to face him in battle as Kamen Rider Beast and Beast Hyper.

With the knowledge that Fueki is not only White Wizard, Koyomi's father, and the Phantoms' leader Wiseman, Haruto, Kosuke, and Mayu work together to try to discover his true plans.

With Yamamoto and Yuzuru both Kamen Rider Mages under White Wizard's thrall, Haruto and Koyomi are kidnapped to begin the new Sabbath. After Kosuke is approached by Beast Chimera in his dreams, he goes to assist Rinko and Shunpei to help save Haruto and Koyomi.

Haruto finds he must battle White Wizard on his own for Koyomi's sake after Kosuke uses the last of his mana to disrupt the Sabbath. Elsewhere, Yuzuru and Yamamoto come to their senses and plan to fight alongside Mayu and Haruto for Kosuke.

With Gremlin in possession of the Philosopher's Stone, Koyomi dies. However, Fueki says that the light in Haruto's heart is the true Philosopher's Stone. Meanwhile, Gremlin, now evolved, goes on a rampage, and Kosuke cannot battle to save anyone or even himself from the monstrous Phantom.
