To take preventive measures against further atrocities caused by the Unidentified Life Forms, the police introduce the G3 unit. But when it is time to fight the murderous Pantheras Luteus, the G3 falls short to the power of Agito.

After the murders of the Saeki family, Makoto Hikawa decides to do some digging into the photo he found of the son, Nobuhiko. Halfway through his investigation two more "Unknowns" appear.

At the same time Shoichi Tsugami, who is trying to get along with his adoptive family, falls into a trance-like state and becomes the Kamen Rider Agito.

After defeating one of the Snake Unknowns Ryo Ashihara goes into shock due to the recoil of his powers and is abducted by the DNA child.

Makoto Hikawa's supervisors feel that they must rethink Makoto operating the G3 unit and have suspended all operations of the G3-System. Makoto reflects on the incident that led to him becoming G3.

Mana touches Shoichi Tsugami's head when he collapses and accidentally dives into his memory with her powers, discovering a terrible connection between him and her late father.

Mana Kazaya distances herself with Shouichi while she sorts out what she saw in his memories.

Agito unleashes a new power in order to stop the Corvus Croccio Unknown from causing anymore casualties.

The police department finally decides what action to take with the G3-System.

The OverLord has been declared mentally unstable and was moved from the jail cell to a hospital, where he is paid a visit by a mysterious man.

At the same time Koji Kono and Makoto Hikawa walk though Professor Nobuyuki Kazaya's murder.

Shouichi and Taichi try to figure out what to do for Mana's birthday.

G3 comes to the rescue after Shouichi is stung by the scorpion Unknown. The diagnosis is that Shouichi only has 24 hours to live, he decides to live out his day normally telling Makoto Hikawa that he just dosen't feel like he is going to die.

Ryo Ashihara continues with the list in his father's notebook but comes up short.

The G3 team takes a further look into the ball and VHS tape hidden by Professor Nobuyuki Kazaya.

Seeing Aki Sakaki dead in the hands of Agito, Ryo Ashihara mistakenly believes he killed her and attacks Agito as Gills. Agito, Gills, and G3 have a heated battle resulting in the G3-System being damaged far beyond repair.

After the battle the police department say that the new G3-System, G3-X, will have to compete against Toru Hojo's new system, the V-1 system, to see what suit will be used against the Unknowns in the future.

After his body is pushed to the limit Makoto Hikawa is forced to give up his position as the G3-X operator. Sumiko Ozawa feels that Makoto uses too much force and that he will not sync with the G3-X's AI system, she instead needs a much more relax and carefree person... like Shoichi Tsugami.

Shoichi Tsugami and Makoto Hikawa have finally created a good fighting bond and their relationship is back to normal. Shouichi feels that it is best to figure out why Kaoru Kino attacked them is to talk to him and figure out why he is living in the past.

The El of Water has finally recovered and seeks to eliminate all the Riders once and for all.

Shoichi Tsugami has fallen unconscious during the fight with the newly evolved El of Water and all the pieces of his memories on the Akatsuki have put themselves together.

Meanwhile, Mana uses her powers to translate the letter found by Toru Hojo and learns the history behind the Overlords of Light and Darkness and the origin behind the seeds of Agito.

News reporter Shinji Kido is drawn into a case involving a series of abductions involving reflections when he suddenly found a mysterious deck left by the individual in the victim's apartment. As Shinji tries to figuring out the cause of this mystery, a mysterious woman and a man with a black coat pursues Shinji, asking if he was a Kamen Rider.

Having become a Kamen Rider himself, Shinji tries to discover more from another Rider and his female partner as the mysterious dragon continues to pursue him while his female partner talking about her brother's existence. Having witnessed the battle he participates, Shinji decided to participate in the war as Kamen Rider Ryuki.

Yui is pursued into finding a man by her visiting grandmother, while Shinji encounters a lawyer who brings forth trouble around every corner. In the meantime, Reiko meets an old man who claims he owns some of the mutated species he found near a river bank.

An investigation leads Shinji to find out more on Shuichi while trying to prove his worth to Yui's grandmother to get a new place to stay.

An investigation into elevator abductions leads Shinji to encounter the one he thinks is Zolda while Ren encounters a fortuneteller who wants to stop the Rider Fight. As Shinji encounters Zolda, he accidentally unleashes the finisher that 'killed' Zolda in the process.

When Shinji learned that Zolda is actually Goro, Shuichi blames Shinji for his actions, making him believe that he killed Zolda in the previous fight. Learning from the troubles Shinji suffered, Ren arrives to clean up his name by exposing the true culprit behind Zolda's death.

Satoru finds out that Hideyuki has his own family, much to the dissatisfaction of Tojo himself.

Takeshi attempts to find Satoru by asking Shuichi, and later Shinji.

Shuichi finds Room 401, the room where Shiro Kanzaki worked.

Having learned the secrets about the Mirror World, Satoru attempts to kill Reiko.

Mitsuru Sano reveals himself to everyone as Kamen Rider Imperer, offering his services as an ally for cash.

Mitsuru accepts both sides' offer to ally with them but ultimately chooses Hideyuki and Satoru.

Shiro tells Takeshi where Satoru and Hideyuki are and tells him to kill them. Takeshi later finds out that they aren't there, until he confronts Shinji, Ren and Shuichi at the same time.

Reiko questions Shuichi about the thing that attacked her last time.

Ren is enraged by Shinji's decision to include Mitsuru as his comrade.

Hideyuki brings Satoru to lunch with his family to teach him the moral lesson about being a hero.

Satoru kills Hideyuki and shatters the Alternative Deck.

Yuji Kiba leads a peaceful life until a truck hits his car, killing his parents and himself. Two years later, he awakens to find his life in ruins — his girlfriend Chie had left him for his cousin, and his house is gone. In rage, Yuji kills his cousin with his newfound powers. Meanwhile, Takumi follows Mari after realizing that they accidentally switched bags. However, the two are attacked by an Orphnoch. Mari attempts to use the Faiz belt to fight, but fails. She pushes Takumi to use it, and he defeats the Orphnoch.

Mari and Takumi continue to reluctantly travel together to Tokyo. Yuji still has not come to terms with what has happened to him. He tries to kill himself but finds he can't. He meets up with his old girlfriend thinking they can start over. She turns on him when the police arrive to talk to her about his cousin's death. He later kills her.

Yuji fights Faiz as the Horse Orphenoch to protect the Snake Orphenoch and even stops Faiz's finishing attack, injuring Takumi. Naoya abandons the hurt Yuji, despite being saved by him.

The Owl Orphenoch retreats from Faiz. Keitaro tries to get Kazuhiko to see his mother, but he refuses until he can prove to her that he is serious about music. Yuka tries to talk to Naoya but he is accused of killing another student.

Masato stayed with Mari as the remaining Ryuseiji went to search for their other partners to find out about the past. Murakami assigned the Lucky Clover to their tasks. Realizing that he was targeted for not wanting to attack humans, Yuji told Naoya and Yuka to decide for themselves on what they wanted to do from now on.

Yuji and Takumi have been knocked unconscious and into the river. Takumi’s Faiz belt was knocked off of him. His friend picks it up. Takumi’s friends find Yuji and Yuji’s friends find Takumi. Each returns to their own friends.

The attacks of the Lucky Clover continue.

During a fight with Orphenochs, Takumi realizes that Osada is one of them. Masato transforms into Kaixa to fight Osaka who is in Orphenoch form. To everyone’ssurprise, Takumi protects the Orphenoch.

After Yuka's death, a devastated Keitaro cries and mourns over Yuka. Kiba sees Yuka's dead body and thinks the humuns killed her. Takumi talks with Keitaro and Mari about Yuka. Then the King shows up and kill the man in rage. During a fight with the Bat Orphnoch, Faiz assumes his Axel Form and defeats the Bat Orphnoch, then Kiba changes into Horse Orphnoch and kills the police in a berserk rage and takes the throne of the President.

Murakami is deposed as President of Smart Brain while Yuji Kiba is announced as his replacement. Teruo is confronted by Coral Orphnoch who kills the man before escapes from Tereuo's Orphnoch form. Teruo's frightened that he is an Orphnoch King. Next day with the Coral Orphnoch about to attacks Teruo again in rage, he is defeated by teamwork of Takumi as Faiz's Grand impact and Shuji as Delta's Lucifier Hammer. Later Takumi, Masato, and Shuji confronts Murakami.

Takumi and Shuji find Masato's ashes; later Takumi relays this information to Keitarou and Mari who are devastated. Rina becomes devastated after hear the news Masato is dead. Takumi confronts Yuji that how heartless he is. As the gang fights Kitazaki assumed his Orphnoch form to avenge Masato's death. Kitazaki is injured by Faiz and Delta. Kitazaki is whipped by Itsuro's Orphnoch form before Kitazaki is executed by Arch Orphnoch, who consumes his body. Takumi comes to the realization that Teruo and the Orephenoch King are one and the same and transforms into Faiz in an attempt to kill him. He stops his punch at the last moment, Yuji then appears, transforms into Kaixa and they duel. Takumi is confronted with his own mortality as he notices his body decaying.

After Yuji changes into Kaixa, he defeats Faiz and Takumi faints at Yuji's side. As Takumi replaced into Smart Brain and turned into an Orphnoch easily. Keitaro and Mari saves Takumi and he and Yuji changed into Faiz and Kaixa, fighting each other.

A woman named Yuki is attacked by the Lanpyris Worm and impersonated, but she survives, leaving two Yukis running around, but one is swiftly captured and imprisoned. Tensions increase between Souji & Arata, who is quickly falling out of favor with ZECT, as Souji sets the stage for the two Yukis to meet face to face again, kicking off a fight at an amusement park...

Arata must face the difficult truth about who his younger brother really is. Souji confronts Arata, telling him that he will defeat the Worms, no matter who they are. In the end, Arata is left with the toughest choice of his life, as the rain begins to pour…

Ending up at Souji and Juka’s home, Hiyori and Juka bond over their shared history of being present for the Shibuya meteor strike. Later, Souji offers to join Hiyori at the Tokyo Tower, but when ZECT sets their sights on Kabuto, will he be forced to break his promise?

Having been taken in by ZECT, Souji makes several demands, including speaking to Juka and asking Hiyori to make her breakfast. Arata begins to worry about Souji, but when he arrives at ZECT, Souji has already begun his escape. In the process, he learns that two of the ZECT members are Worms, and Arata tries to warn Misaki, but it may be too late...

Arriving from ZECT HQ, Kamen Rider TheBee joins the fight as Arata warns Souji to stay out of ZECT’s affairs now that they have a Rider following their orders. However, he ends up butting heads with TheBee’s user, Yaguruma Sou, ending up in a battle of tofu dishes with Hiyori as the judge. But will their clash in the kitchen spill over to the battlefield?

Souji turns out to have been correct about the other Worm escaping, so Shadow, now with Arata as part of the team, sets up at another wedding, locking it down. However, Souji manages to breach their defenses and takes on the Worm, but an angry Yaguruma won’t let this go and the two Riders face off…

As Kabuto and TheBee fight, Arata tries to stop them, giving TheBee an opportunity to gain the upper hand and destroy Kabuto’s belt. As Souji recovers from the battle, Arata struggles with his position as Hiyori once again remembers a memory of her past…

To defend the team from the Worms after Yaguruma loses his transformation, Arata obtains TheBee Zecter and transforms, finding himself as the new captain of Shadow. But can he fulfill the orders given to him from HQ?

Kagami is ready to cancel his group date until it's suggested that Tendou join him; a man with a young girl is seen walking around with a large makeup kit.

Daisuke refuses the offer to join ZECT and challenges Tendou to contest in who can attract more girls.

Kageyama joins Misaki's team after the Shadow team has been dissolved; someone within ZECT is leaking information and former Shadow team members are getting killed.

Kagami is implicated of being the traitor; Hiyori accuses Tendou of killing her parents.

ZECT holds Gon hostage in order to get Daisuke to work with them; Tendou is determined to find the miso soup that Gon likes.

Tendou finds a man who is his athletic equal; a spree of robberies have been happening by someone called the Phantom Shadow.

Tsurugi heads out for groceries and causes an accident involving Tendou's little sister; the Phantom Shadow have their eye on one of Tsurugi's heirlooms.

ZECT is working on a new Rider system; Kagami stumbles upon a Worm nest with a young boy trapped inside; Tsurugi is enticed by Tendou's cooking.

Kagami is hospitalized after trying to use Gatack; Tsurugi has his birthday party at Bistro La Salle.

Kagami sees Hiyori with a green rock that is attracting Worms; Tendou finds Tsurugi's butler running a sobo cart and decides to run it for him.

Tsurugi opens a restaurant across the street from Tendou's sobo stand; Hiyori wants to go into Shibuya with the hope that she'll uncloud her memories.

Tendou decides to try and get information through the police rather than ZECT; a Worm takes on Misaki's form and goes after Juka.

Misaki and Kagami's plan to get inside ZECT headquarters has failed; Misaki's Worm doppelganger has found her way to Tsurugi.

ZECT makes an alliance with a Worm; Gon remembers Daisuke and wants to see him again; Jiiya falls ill and Tsurugi learns that he is broke.

The other Riders are called in to see that Daisuke has been murdered and the one currently running around is a Worm.

Tendou is given a knife by a dying man who wants to see it given to its proper owner; Junka visits a restaurant that has had all of its customer's stolen by a place across the street with a new chef.

The wielder of the black knife is going around and asserting his dominance to all of the local shops when Tendou challenges him to a rematch.

Kagami investigates after discovering that Tsurugi is a Worm; Hiyori finds a photo of her parents at Tendou's house.

After Hiyori finds out that she's a Worm, Tendou tells her about the murder of his parents.

After having lost Hiyori, Tendou joins ZECT and plans to take the Zecters from every Rider.

Tendou learns of the Hyper Zecter; Renge is enticed to try real food again; Tsurugi wants to know what it's like to live like a commoner.

Tsurugi explains to Kagami that he doesn't need the powers of Sasword anymore; Kageyama is determined to become The Bee again.

Kagami learns that Worms have been here long before the meteorite; Tendou is warned that Kabuto and Gatack have minds of their own.

The baseball team from Juka's school disappears right before her trip which causes Tendou to investigate.

Juka leaves for her trip as Tendou unravels the mystery of the mirror.

After being defeated by Tendou, Daisuke finds Rena who is now not aware that she is a Worm; Tsurugi asks Kagami to help him ask out Misaki; Tendou laments about not being able to find a way back to Hiyori.

Yaguruma develops a crush on Rena; Daisuke is forced to deal with the fact that the women he loves is a Worm.

ZECT develops an Anti Mimic Bomb to counter the Worms; Kagami learns that his father is the head of ZECT.

A group of Natives have been kidnapped and Kagami is chosen to lead the negotiations; Yaguruma challenges Tendou to another tofu battle.

Tendou finds out that his mimic self has crossed over to this world; Kagami is called in to fight a Worm and has his Rider Kick turned against him.

Tendou and Kagami wonder if Hiyori was telling the truth about not wanting to return; ZECT is having a hard time trying to keep an army of Worms out of Area Z.

Tendou recruits as many of the Riders into ZECT as possible; Tsurugi asks Misaki out on a Christmas date.

The Natives have made a necklace that detects Worms and ZECT are giving them out to everyone in the city.

In 1986, Yuri is ordered to protect a violinist who is likely to be targeted by a Fangire and also happens to be a student of Wataru’s father Otoya. Meanwhile, in 2008, Wataru continues to try and figure out how to make a violin that will equal his father Otoya’s, as he finds himself repairing a violin damaged 22 years earlier…

In 1986, Otoya joins Yuri in tailing Jiro to investigate missing customers from Mal d’Amour, while in 2008, after leaving the hospital, Megumi invites Wataru on a date as cover while she investigates Maison Cercueil, but Nago interferes once again…

Megumi attempts to force Wataru’s attention away from Nago to prevent him from being manipulated as the investigation into the French restaurant continues while in 1986, Otoya tries to solve the mystery of the cafe victims as Jiro continues his attacks.

In 1986, Yuri is happy after defeating Rook and suggests marriage to Otoya, who is taken aback. Soon after, he runs into Maya, who is playing the violin and poses a question to him about her playing before she leaves to visit her infant son. But when Riki attacks her as she visits Otoya to see if he knows the answer to her question, her role as Fangire Queen is revealed! In 2008, Wataru finds an injured Mio, and the two patch one another up, both unaware as to one another’s roles, while Taiga, Wataru’s first friend, and the Fangire King, reappears!

After Maya defeats Dogga, she is surprised that Otoya has remained in spite of her true identity as a Fangire. She asks him once more for the answer to her question as she offers to help him construct a violin able to bring out his true talent. As they work side by side, Yuri watches with a pained heart as Otoya grows closer to the Fangire Queen. In 2008, Saga watches Kiva’s battle before retreating, while Wataru promises to stay by Mio’s side as the battle concludes. However, when Wataru discovers that Taiga’s fiancee is Mio, Wataru is crushed, despite Mio’s assurances that the pairing was arranged.

Mio and Wataru discover one another’s identities, along with Taiga realizing that as Kiva, Wataru is his half-bother. In denial, Wataru runs off, collapsing in the woods. Taiga decides to go speak to Maya to demand answers, while Nago attempts to coach Keno in the use of the IXA System, but his efforts don’t end well. In 1986, Otoya visits Yuri and tells her he intends to find Maya, while the Fangire King is confronted by Jiro as he summons a dark version of Kiva to finish off the Wolfen for good.

Jiro fights a losing battle with the Fangire King, who has also tracked down Ramon and Riki to eliminate them all Arms Monsters, but the trio narrowly escape and run into Maya and Yuri, demanding that Maya act as a shield for them, but she quickly dispatches them, revealing to Yuri that she is a Fangire. Shocked, she confronts Otoya, who calmly says he knew, enraging Yuri. In 2008, Wataru questions his half-Fangire heritage and requests a meeting with Shima and the others to reveal his secret, telling them he intends to be the bridge between humanity and Fangires.

After Natsumi Hikari has a nightmare of every Kamen Rider being defeated by a figure called Decade, she helps her grandfather Eijiro deal with unsatisfied customers. The photographer, Tsukasa Kadoya, seems to be at fault, but he simply tells Natsumi the photos are bad because he does not belong in this world. After the argument, various holes in reality open, allowing the Orphnoch, Undead, Makamou, Worms, Imagin, and Fangires to start terrorizing their world. In the bedlam, she finds a corroded belt and book, recalling it as Decade's from her dream. She gives Tsukasa the belt and book, allowing him to transform into Kamen Rider Decade by using a card from the book and inserting it into the belt.

Arriving in the World of Kuuga, Tsukasa takes the guise of a policeman and watches Kuuga destroy a pair of Grongi, Ra-Dorudo-Gu and Me-Gyarido-Gi, before reverting to his human form, Yusuke Onodera. Tsukasa later destroys Go-Baberu-Da as Decade, but is mistaken for a Grongi by Yusuke and Ai. When Yusuke and Ai arrive at the Hikari Studio to discuss this strange Grongi, Tsukasa offers Ai his help in solving the mystery behind the Grongi's female targets and the location of their lair. On the foot of Mount Hitoki, the Grongi's Lair, Tsukasa reveals he used Ai as bait to lure out the remaining Grongi, revealing their plan to revive their leader before ruining their game. While attempting to destroy the Grongi, Decade is attacked by Kuuga, who reveals he knows about Decade's mission and will stop him at all costs.

After fending off the Hoppers who disappeared into another dimensional rift, Yusuke reveals he was told of Decade by a mysterious man. When Ai and her task force go to investigate Mount Hitoki, a black mist begins to rise from within, signaling the revival of N-Gamio-Zeda. Resurrected by the dimensional chaos, he uses his miasma to convert humans into Grongi. While Yusuke saves Ai and takes her to the hospital, Tsukasa fights the Grongi alone. A dying Ai requests Yusuke to overcome his angst and fight to protect everyone's smiles, and so Kuuga and Decade work together to destroy the remaining Grongi. N-Gamio-Zeda, in a last effort, absorbs all the Grongi to power himself up, but he is ultimately overpowered by both Decade and Kuuga, who destroy him with a combo attack.

With their tour of the nine Kamen Rider Worlds complete, the Hikari Studio group returns to their home world, finding it as it was before the monsters appeared. Tsukasa is the only one who feels something is not right and questions the reason for the journey. Before Yusuke or Natsumi can attempt to answer, they encounter the violinist Otoya Kurenai, who thanks them for saving the world and tells Tsukasa that he earned a world of his own for his journey. As Natsumi goes out to see her TG Club friends and teacher for a high school reunion, Tsukasa and Yusuke have a short encounter with Narutaki who congratulates him on getting his own world.

After Tsukasa suddenly loses his powers, he learns from Kaito that he is actually in the World of Negatives. He later is seen by a talent agent and is offered to be signed onto his agency to become an idol. Although Yusuke acts as the voice of reason, he gets caught up in the fame seeking as well. Meanwhile, after her school friends return while waiting for Chinatsu, Natsumi that suggests that they should dig up the "treasure" they buried together, only to find that a parking lot was built over it and learning that Chinatsu moved their treasure prior. Once, Tsukasa finds Natsumi, he attempts to tell her that they are not in the real world, but Natsumi refuses to accept this as she runs off to the TG Club's hideout where she also meets the World of Negatives's Natsumi.

Akiko Narumi arrives in Futo to be the landlord of the "hard-boiled" detective Shotaro Hidari, who finds himself involved in a case involving a former female love and a Dopant on the attack.

After his missing target is killed by another Dopant, Shotaro works with his partner Philip to figure out the truth regarding the killer while being dogged by Akiko and her strange sightings.

Philip chases after a street dancer key to a locked memory, while Shotaro pursues a cockroach avenger taking out hired victims.

As several of Double’s Gaia Memories are taken by the Cockroach Dopant, Shotaro tries to find his true identity while Philip tries to reunite the dance partners for their legendary move.

A request from Queen & Elizabeth leads to an investigation of a terrible street performer mysteriously winning a popular singing competition.

While trying to figure a means to defeat the tricky Liar Dopant, Shotaro confronts Jimmy about his confidence and trust in his female fan.

Shotaro accepted a request from a girl fearing a Dopant who attacks it’s victims in their dreams which it can control.

As Philip is taken by the Xtreme Memory to meet with Shroud, Shotaro continues to try and figure a way to discover the culprit behind Nightmare Dopant’s attacks.

As Shotaro is asked to pursue a young teacher by her students, Terui also goes after her due to a remarkable similarity between her and his deceased sister.

Terui must master the Trial Memory in order to save Nagi from Shinkuro, who has made his move with Saeko for Ryuube’s downfall.

While in Zawame's Free Performance Zone, Mai and Mitsuzane of the dance team Team Gaim are having a free-spirited dance when members of rival Team Baron scare them away when an Inves Game gets out of hand. When Mai goes to former teammate Kouta Kazuraba to reveal something strange has happened, he reveals that Team Gaim's leader Yuya gave him a strange Lockseed, and Mai reveals Yuuya informed her of it as well. The two eventually find a way into the Helheim Forest that has appeared in the Free Performance Zone.

Kouta tries to use his new abilities to help out at his part-time job, but he only gets in the way. And when Yuuya mysteriously disappears, Kouta wonders if what happened in the forest was real, and now that he is in charge of Team Gaim, he must lead the group in a dance-off against Team Baron.
