Shinnosuke and the rest of the Special Unit are now more confident thanks to the new Ride Booster support vehicles. Kiriko and Go eventually get into an argument whether to trust Chase or not as a Kamen Rider. Later, Shinnosuke joins a joint investigation from the Central Government Office where Brain (in his human form) tries to frame Shinnosuke, whom is already aware of Brain's involvement in the division. Meanwhile, a girl named Yoriko seeks Go's help as her brother was attacked by a Roidmude.

Go turned out to be the son of Professor Banno, the inventor of the Roidmudes. This fact was not known by Kiriko, of course. Shinnosuke, now knowing the reason behind Go’s particular animosity against the Roidmudes, is left speechless.

As for the ongoing case of the residential complex victims, it is now theorized that the ultimate target could have been Go all along. Could Go’s refusal to accept Chase come not from him becoming a Kamen Rider but because of his Roidmude condition? Shinnosuke has promised Kiriko that he’ll rescue Go no matter what.

However, the disciplinary restriction Nira placed on him prevents transforming into Drive. Chase, who has appeared to prevent further problems at Shinnosuke’s request, is the target of Go’s wrath once more.

A young man named Toru Fujiki has asked the Special Investigation Unit for help. Toru says that his father, who runs a factory in town, has suddenly disappeared. To make matters worse, all memories of Toru's father have been erased from his family and the factory employees.

Shinnosuke continues his fight against the Freeze Roidmude, undeterred by the power the first Roidmude possesses. However, Freeze obtains his Over Evolved form, and uses it to kill Drive for good.

Mitsuhide Nira, who has been revealed to be the murderer of Eisuke Tomari, takes steps with Brain to hide away the evidence from 12 years ago. Moreover, they hold a press conference, falsely accusing the Special Investigation Unit of colluding with the Roidmudes, landing them in jail and Shinnosuke as the public's most wanted criminal. Shinnosuke must find a way to free the Unit and expose Nira of his crimes.

Nira put the Special Investigations Unit in siege to lure Shinnosuke into a trap. He intends, after framing Shinnosuke for the whole incident, to kill him and make it appear as if it was self-defense with the same gun that killed Shinnosuke’s father, with the other Riders fairing no worse, with Go fighting Heart wanting Banno's tablet, and Chase unable to save a poisoned Yukari with Mad Doctor.

An unusual number of people have suddenly lost consciousness at a hospital and all of the victims are young females who all said something about wanting to be with someone named Sho. However, no trace of Heavy Acceleration has been found. A mysterious patient with no matching record has surfaced and she is identical to Medic, most likely being her copy model. Shinnosuke starts the investigation based on the Sho testimonies.

Shinnosuke un-transforms and questions Medic about the reasons behind her actions. Medic, not knowing what her true love for Heart means, decided to respond. What came from her mouth was the secret of the day the Global Freeze happened a year ago, the same day the Medic that looks like Misuzu Hatori was born. Meanwhile, Banno, now having succeeded in becoming Gold Drive, targets Medic again. The Promised Number is 4 Over Evolved Roidmudes. Counting Gold Drive, who already has the power of a Over Evolved Roidmude, if Medic Super Evolves, they will be complete. Banno goes into action to trigger her evolution.

Alain, now able to transform into Kamen Rider Necrom, makes easy work of fighting Ghost and Specter. However, for Takeru, it was Alain's words, not the defeat, that bothered him the most.

Strange incidents of young women being attacked within a thick mist have started to happen. A woman able to make predictions about the next attacks, Miwako, appears. Onari firmly believes her while Akari denies everything. All the same, they go to the predicted area. The prediction is fulfilled and a Gamma attacking women appears. Takeru is busy looking for the Newton Eyecon so Onari decides to confront the Gamma with his staff...

When the spirit of Himiko isn't the cause of the strange happenings in the city, the Himiko Eyecon leads Takeru to the Gamma World for a revelation. With Makoto also out of action during the continued attacks on young women, Akari and Onari step forward to try to discover the reason for the attacks, but Akari must first improve the Shiranui formulation.

Takeru discovers that Makoto's real body still exists in the Gamma's world, and once that disappears, Makoto will as well. To save Makoto, Takeru enlists the help of Akari who tries to use the Gazai Gamma to figure out a way to save Makoto, but Makoto has already gone off on his own to settle matters his own way. ​

Igor, while tending to his progressing plan, orders the Katchu Gamma to destroy the traitor Gazai Gamma. Meanwhile, having sent Takeru to the Gamma world, Akari and Onari decide to not waste time and resume investigating Deep Connect. However, the Katchu Gamma appears. Takeru, without the support of the heroic Eyecons, starts looking for Makoto. Can Makoto settle things and return? Adel's scheme is about to take action and will change the world completely.

Takeru is now more resolute in bringing Makoto's body back from the Gamma world and Alain seems to have agreed to help. However, Akari is the one to stop them, stating that "It is not time yet." Akari senses that something is going through Alain's mind and is determined to find out more. Igor issues new orders to Bills and the Hikoki Gamma. Alain, irritated at the way Akari is seeing through him, goes to Fumi's takoyaki stall and Kanon is there. Suddenly, she falls unconscious. When Alain looks up, the sky is red.

In spite of Takeru defeating the Hikoki Gamma, the red sky continues expanding. Weakened after his battle with Jabel, Alain is suffering the same effects as Kanon from the red sky. Thanks to Akari, things are not going as he intends them to. Alain finds Akari concentrated on her work and approaches silently...

While Kanon's condition worsens, Takeru, along with Narita, Shibuya and Onari, go around the city looking for the origin of the red sky. Without any concrete pattern or direction, the group is left in confusion.

Alain has taken a big step by deciding to live as a human with Fumi's memory in his heart. He asks Takeru and Makoto for help. After many difficulties, their objective has unified and they can now fully join forces. Alain proposes destroying the gates that connect this world to the Gamma world. Still at doubt about the recent insight into people's memories he's been having, Takeru agrees to assist Alain.

In the Gamma world, Edith questions Adel: "What do you wish for?" Adel laughs this question off and uses his newfound power. As a consequence, many adults have become children around the city, Shibuya’s mother being one of them. The Daitenku Temple is filled with children and a familiar face makes an appearance.

Igarashi has called Takeru into the memories of past times. He finds out a truth that has been hidden for 10 years. The wishes and feelings of his father, Igarashi, Saionji and the Hermit resonate inside him. What could be beyond these strange changes Takeru is experiencing?!

Meanwhile, Shibuya is looking for his mother, who has escaped yet again. More and more adults are being turned into children. Society itself may spiral out of control. Everyone is running against the clock to solve the mysterious phenomenon the new Gammaizer has set in motion.

Gammaizer Gravity begins to attack alongside Gammaizer Fire, causing significant damage. Alain attempts to defeat Gammazier Fire with a kamikaze-like ability of the Necrom system to protect Takeru, but is knocked out of his transformation at the last moment. The unexpected happens when Gammaizer Gravity both defeats Ghost, and destroys his Ore Eyecon, causing him to vanish.

Takeru's absence saddens his friends and allies and while they discuss how to revive him, the Gammaizers reappear. Akari opens a portal to send them to another world, but the plan fails when they managed to escape and soundly defeat the other riders.

Akari and the others vow to not give up, and their resolve and emotions not only revive Takeru, but grant him the Mugen Eyecon. Takeru returns with new strength and destroys Gammaizers Gravity and Fire. Is this new power only a temporary halt to Takeru's death, and can it permanently destroy the Gammaizers?

Igor changes his strategy after Ghost Mugen Damashii defeats another Gammaizer. Takeru finally knows the true meaning of fun thanks to the Brothers Grimm. Also, a new Gammaizer that controls wind appears before Takeru. Deep Specter and Necrom are being attacked on all sides. Alain cannot stand the idea that he might not be able to protect the treasures of this world. Meanwhile, Bills attempts to put his own plan into action by attempting in on an idol, to which Akari decides to replace. Apparently, this plan is connected to his goals from his own childhood. In order to re-inspire belief, Sanzo sends Alain to a training field in another world. But Akari and Onari also seem to be targeted by Igor's plans as well...

After confirming that she hears other people's thoughts, Takeru visits Honami's group members once again in order to help. Honami hears their thoughts, still saying only bad things about her. On top of that, Igor has set a Gamma on her due to her power and she feels now, more than ever, like quitting for good. Alain, on his part, is on the verge of defeat as well in the trial world he was sent to by Sanzo. Akari, who for some reason passed the audition for harp+y 4, is now faced with Honami's pressure but she decides to give her best.

Meanwhile, Makoto encounters his other "self", the one Kanon told him about.

In the Gamma world, the Gammaizers talk to Adel and tell him it is time to obtain new power.

Takeru only has 19 days left. Feeling uneasy at the fact that he is apparently losing his humanity, he talks to Akari. She assures him that they will do whatever they can to help him revive. However, Takeru is troubled by his powerlessness. He calls the Hermit but Akari is infuriated at the old man's response. Beethoven possesses Akari in her rage, greatly increasing it and causing a ruckus at the Tenkuji Temple. Everyone tries to think of a solution.

Meanwhile, in the Gamma world, Edith has decided to put a stop to Adel. He obtains an Eyecon when Adel tries to connect with the Great Eye, however he only managed to break the connection and send Adel into the human world. Adel and Edith fight. Takeru and the others come to his aid. Edith and Takeru's encounter will lead to the truth about the Gamma World.

Edith makes an attempt to stop Adel but had it not been for Takeru's intervention, he would have perished. At the Tenkuji Temple, Edith finally explains the workings of the Gamma world, whose origin is something completely unexpected for the rest. Edith was behind the creation of the Eyecons and the Gammaizers.

Adel makes an appearance again and it is now Makoto who gives his all facing him. However, he is defeated and suffers major injuries.

Adel tries to connect to the Great Eye again and he is rejected.

Adel's anger now fully directed towards Takeru, he makes a third appearance in the human world and this time Alain faces him.

Adel has connected to the Demia network and taken control of everyone with the intent of becoming a new world himself. In order to stop this, Takeru, Makoto, and Alain transform and face all the revived Gammaizers. In that moment, Takeru taps into Adel's childhood memories. What he sees surprises him...

Takeru believes he can stop Adel's rampage by connecting with him. He tries but Adel responds by ordering the Gammaizers to eliminate them all.

Takeru watches people get connected to the Demia network when suddenly he gets a headache from all the voices.

Touma is reunited with an old friend when he meets a member of the Sword of Logos who is also a father.

Touma meets a swordsman who favors strength over wits, and also a new foe that locks his sword from being used.

Rintarou trains to avenge his master as Touma heads to Avalon to fix his sword.

Ryou is turned to stone during a battle, leaving the other swordsmen to stop Medusa without him.

Touma learns that everyone has their own role to play as he must wait for Daishinji to finish maintaining his new Wonder Ride Book.

A woman from the southern base gives a Wonder Ride Book to Kento, who makes an oath with Touma and Rintarou.

Kento is determined to find Calibur and find out what happened to his father.

Rintarou is dealing with injuries from his prior battle and Ryou is worried that Kento is going to do something stupid.

In order to save Kento, Touma and Rintarou head out to fight Calibur.

While the swordsmen mourn Kento, Calibur reappears for another battle.

Calibur and Saber race for the Table of Contents as the rest of the swordsmen continue their battle.

The gang is preparing for a New Year's celebration when Touma gets an offer from the Southern Base.

Touma is depressed from losing his companions while the Sword of Logos are torn on whether to trust Touma.

Touma tries to find a way to save Yuki; Rintarou and Daishinji see Touma protecting a Megiddo.

Touma meets a young man who likes building models; Daishinji wants to learn the true intent of Yuuri.

Sword of Logos learns of people being turned into Megiddo and confront Touma for the swords in his possession.

Touma learns of people gone missing after seeing fantastical things; Yuuri want a normal form to fight with; Daishinji challenges Touma.

Mei gets a call from the girl that Touma saved and the two discover that her sister is missing.

Touma and Rintarou head out to retrieve Kento and Ren while Master Logos schemes to get the remaining swords.

In light of Luna appearing before Touma, Master Logos unleashes an old friend of Yuuri to ensure her capture.

Touma is reunited with Luna, but she is quickly taken away again.

Master Logos declares himself God as he unveils a new book to fight Touma.

Touma learns that Kento plans to sacrifice himself to save the world; Yuuri takes Mei to try and change the mindset of his old friend.

Touma pleads for Kento to fight with the other swordsmen as they battle Master Logos.

Touma is able to win over Kento, but there is still unfinished business with Ren and Master Logos.

Tassel meets with Luna; Master Logos makes the swordsmen fight each other.

Tassel makes a visit to the Northern Base to fill Touma in on a few things.

Touma waits for Tassel to return with Luna, but an old friend finally catches up with him and he never shows.

After transforming into Kamen Rider Gotchard, Houtarou wants to learn more about the Chemmies and is advised by his teacher Minato to take the entrance exam for the secret Alchemy Academy. However, Houtarou runs into a problem.

Meanwhile, Ryo Kajiki meets a talking skateboard who loves to play with children, but...

Houtarou continues his quest to befriend all the Chemies as he meets a Chemy known as Apparebushido, and is given his card by Minato.

A new Malgam appears and Houtarou attempts to fight it using Apparebushido, but it defies orders and causes Houtarou to be defeated.

"Just how can I get Apparebushido to open up to me?" Houtarou asks himself as he begins to secretly train. Just then, he is approached by alchemist named Spanner Kurogane, who demands the Gotchardriver!

Houtarou can't help but exclaim in admiration at Valvarad's powerful might. However, Spanner says that he didn't acknowledge Houtarou as a Kamen Rider and leaves.

Houtarou and Rinne, who continue their search for Chemies, come face to face with the Three Dark Sisters, Atropos, Clotho and Lachesis. Lachesis then absorbs a Chemy and transforms into Malgam. Houtarou transforms into Gotchard, but immediately after that, they are sent to a huge, different space!

Seeking the teachings of Renge and Sabimaru who has sealed away a lot of Chemies, Houtarou and Rinne go to a certain professional wrestling Dojo with Renge and the others.

When Houtarou immediately tries to find a Chemie, he's attacked by gang-like men who are after the Dojo's land. However, Alchemy can't be used against ordinary people. In front of a confused Rinne and the others, Houtarou borrowed Renge cards and transformed into Gotchard! However this time, a powerful Malgam suddenly appears!

A mysterious man appears in front of Supana after tracking him. He changes into a Malgam before attacking the former and Houtarou. Supana then transforms into Valvarad and counters, and so does Houtarou into Gotchard, but the Malgam escapes after Valvarad's counterattacks.

However, the man, who is set on overthrowing Supana, kidnaps Rinne in front of Houtarou in order to lure his nemesis out.

Who on earth is this man? And why is he so obsessed with Supana!?

Houtarou and his group from Furasu High School go on a school trip to Kyoto. Houtarou is assigned to a group study with Rinne and Kajiki, and by chance Kajiki meets a girl named Hijiri, and they hit it off. They immediately become attracted to each other.

At the same time, one of the Three Dark Sisters, Clotho, was also sighted in Kyoto in order to obtain something. But Clotho happens to see Houtarou and the others, and in her anger, she creates a new Malgam...!

Hijiri, whom Kajiki is in love with, has a boyfriend! Although Kajiki is depressed, he learnt that Hijiri boyfriend is most likely the remaining suspect who made his escape after Clotho attacked the police van!

If that's the case, then there's a possibility that the suspect has already became a Malgam. Hijiri who is with Kajiki is in danger! Houtarou and Minato start searching for the suspect together, but...!

Clotho captures a Level 10 Chemy for the Three Dark Sisters and subjects it to their creepy experiments, bringing them closer to completion of "something".

Meanwhile, Kugimiya and Harima from the Alchemys Union arrive at the academy and warn the students that there may be a mole within their ranks. However before he begins investigating on who the possible mole is, he heavily criticizes Houtarou's fighting style as a Kamen Rider.

The spy for the Three Dark Sisters turned out to be Shiori Harima, an investigator from the Alchemy Union. Houtarou lashes out in anger at Shiori, who attacks the Chemy, but is tormented by her use of forbidden alchemy.

Then the Three Dark Sisters appear. When Atropos and her sisters get their hands on a mysterious driver, they say "now it's your turn" to the mysterious warrior known as Kamen Rider Dread, and begin a new terrifying experiment.

Just who is this dark destroyer, Dread?
