Just watched "Shore Leave"

I always thought the vacation planet Risa was the planet from TOS in "shore leave" but they never said the planets name. Is it?

Well there's obviously something going on or there wouldn't still be morg and eymorg after thousands of years.
Also it would seem logical that there's more to the "delight" part of "pain and delight" than just basic reproduction.
