世界各國的軍隊在夏威夷群島集結，在此美軍Titanostride(TS)的駕駛員路易斯．史密斯在戰鬥中，遇上了自衛隊的王牌駕駛員──蒼勇。在戰鬥中，勇表現出了超乎常人的實力，目睹一切的史密斯，向他提出了一對一挑戰。

各國司令與Bravern信行了一場作戰會議。Bravern激烈地說道，世界正在面臨著危機。但是面對突然出現的Bravern，無法信任他的金古等人遲遲無法決定如何應對這個不速之客。在一陣混亂中，新敵人蘇泊比亞朝著北岸沿海襲擊而來。

被Bravern 拒絕後，路易斯感到沮喪，他沿著海灘散步，碰巧遇到了一個奇怪的女孩。儘管最初對敵人的關係持謹慎態度，但他無法讓自己將她遺棄在自然環境中，並決定收留她。回到基地後，勇尚未從被迫駕駛Bravern的震驚中恢復過來，並將自己關在駕駛艙內。同時，一支新的多國盟空軍特別部隊（ATF）在布拉文周圍組建，從而開始了拯救地球的戰鬥。然而，一個邪惡的陰影正在逼近其旗艦航空母艦。

先行登陸日本的勇、Bravern還有史密斯，一起尋找起了生還者。勇一行人接獲通知，一旦沒有找到生還者，為了讓部隊平安登陸，將會事先實施炮擊。正當大家完全找不到生還者而焦躁不安的同時，史密斯遇上了危機。勇遇到困難也不放棄，而Bravern彷彿就像要回應這份心情一樣，覺醒了全新的能力。
