This is indeed a duplicate of S19E14.
This episode S20E02 is locked so I cannot correct the content. The name should be changed to "Toby's New Friend" and the overview to "Philip tries to make friends with Toby, much to Toby's dismay."
Air date is correct.

Reading the guidelines again, it may be best to delete this duplicate entry: S20E02
Then a correct entry can be created for S20E02.
S19E14 is the correct entry for the episode titled "Two Wheels Good".
