Lors d'une éclipse de lune, une brèche dimensionnelle laisse s'échapper un bébé fantôme qui part se perdre dans New-York. Pourchassé par deux fantômes menaçants, il est récupéré par les ghostbusters.

Lors d'un déchargement de bateau, une caisse se brise et libère un démon qui prend possession du corps d'un chien errant. Après avoir attaqué le quartier général des ghostbusters et volé Ecto 1, il se dirige vers le zoo de New-York. Très vite, les animaux prennent le pouvoir de la ville.

Après avoir rechappé de peu à la mort, Egon est victime de crises d'angoisse qui ont pour conséquence de libérer le croque mitaine. Après avoir attaqué, sans succès, les ghostbusters juniors, le croque mitaine se réfugie dans un parc d'attraction.

Bouffe-Tout emprunté un livre de contes de fée à Ray et actionne accidentellement une nouvelle invention d'Egon. Le lendemain, une étrange forêt à poussé en plein cœur de New-York.

Une fuite dans la chambre de confinement Contamine Bouffe-tout qui se transforme en monstre attaquant les restaurants le soir venu.

Les ghostbusters font une démonstration de leur activité dans un hôpital pour enfants. Ils apprennent que le lieu à un besoin urgent de 50 000 dollars. Un publicitaire se propose de payer la somme contre le droit de tourner une séquence avec le grand marschmallow. Bouffe-tout se charge d'entrer dans la salle de confinement pour le récupérer, mais un fantôme en profite pour s'échapper et entraîner la colère de marschmallow.

Le soir d'halloween, des lutins libèrent de la chambre de confinement le terrible Samhain. Ce dernier prend possession de la caserne des ghostbusters pour en faire son quartier-général.

Les ghostbusters se rendent dans un manoir hanté appartenant à une famille très étrange. Anecdotes : l'épisode fait une référence à La famille Addams.

Alec, un jeune garçon, sabote les fusils à protons des Ghostbusters alors que ces derniers font une démonstration dans son école. La démonstration se termine en catastrophe. Alec est en réalité sous influence du Grundel, un spectre.

Un homme du gouvernement tente sans succès de mettre fin aux agissements des ghostbusters. Il décide de faire arrêter Bouffe-tout afin de réaliser des expériences scientifiques sur lui.

Dans leur caserne, les ghostbusters sont confrontés à un fantôme capable de prendre l'apparence de n'importe quoi et de n'importe qui.

Egon and Slimer switch minds and the timing couldn't be worse, as an egomaniacal ghost named the Master of Shadows (William Marshall) wishes to test his wits against the brainy 'buster', and destroy New York if he fails to measure up.

The Ghostbusters embark on a camping trip, only to run into (among other things) Bigfoot.

Contre toute attente Peter invente une machine qui attire les fantômes. Si Egon ne comprend pas comment cela est possible, force est de constater que des milliers de fantômes se présentent à la caserne au point que les ghostbuster n'arrivent plus à gérer ce flux. En parallèle, un monstre sort des entrailles de la terre et se dirige vers New-York en détruisant tout sur son passage.

Un riche industriel profite de sortir avec Janine pour voler les plans du matériel anti-fantômes des Ghostbusters. Avec, il crée un robot désintegrateur de fantômes. Bouffe-tout est une des premieres victimes.

The Ghostmaster general, tired of the Ghostbusters' constant interference, sends three ghostly bounty hunters to eliminate the heroes at the firehouse. In the ensuing battle the Ghostbustesr are reduced to six inches in height!

At an Eastside wrecking yard, a pit of toxic liquid waste has an evil effect on a long dormant Indian earth spirit. When polluted, the once benign spirit rises from it's sacred resting grounds and takes possession of the Ecto-1, causing the hearse to come alive!

The legendary and apparently ghostly Sherlock Holmes and Watson arrive in New York to find Professor Moriarty. When Watson gets captured, Sherlock Holmes selects Winston to help him. Moriarty seeks to absorb all the ghosts in the containment unit.

Slimer wins the lottery, only to find his winnings have been cursed.

A year after the Ghostbusters defeated Vigo the Carpathian, a ghost named Poso kidnaps Janine and Louis to force the Ghostbusters to hand over their business. The Ghostbusters get help from a recently-captured ghost, Shifter, to find out why Poso wants their business and where to find him. Covered in mood slime, Peter goes to the Ghost Town to save Louis and Janine.

The Ghostbusters are called to stop a witch that has been terrorizing the town of Lewiston. She wants revenge against the descendants of those who imprisoned her 300 years ago, which includes Egon.

The Ghostbusters get a temp (who turns out to be a ghost) and she decides Egon would make a great husband.

A confrontation with a giant clock monster causes Egon to become younger and younger. The catch- they only have until midnight, at which time the now infant Egon will vanish from existence forever.

A trio of ghosts abduct Slimer and will keep him unless the Ghostbusters agree to free a ghost named Spiderlegs.

After being hit by Egon's experimental proton ray, Peter becomes something of a superhero, as his muscles grow and he becomes a buldging muscle hunk with powers, but it won't last long.

Slimer finds a cat that can make all of his dreams come true.

The firehouse is going to be torn down to make way for a new expressway, but that's the least of the Ghostbusters' problems. The guys and Slimer get sent back to 1959 due to a trap accident. They have to find a way back and fight ghosts without their equipment.

The Ghostbusters are on live TV at the tomb of Al Capone (Jocko Marcellino) where his ghost is supposed to appear at midnight. Something does happen and the guys get transported to the other side, getting involved with Al Capone and other supernatural criminals.

The Ghostbusters are confronted by Crowley (Michael Rye) and his group, who want their help in ending Halloween. The guys turn him down, but one of their PKE meters is stolen and used by Crowley to accomplish his goal. Unfortunately, all he does is break a seal, opening our world to numerous ghosts – including the huge, rampaging Boogaloo (Brian O'Neal) – and giving the Ghostbusters a lot to handle on Halloween night.

The Ghostbusters are tricked into letting their guard down and get captured by ghosts. They're charged with crimes against ghosts and stand trial. It's up to Janine, Louis and Slimer to save them from a horrible punishment.

The Ghostmaster is back and casts a spell on the Ghostbusters that causes all electronic equipment near them to shut off, including their proton packs and ghost traps.

Slimer breaks a trap and doesn't completely fix it before the guys use it on a job. Now the essence inside starts to leak out and make inanimate objects come to life.

The Ghostbusters become involved in the world of knights and dragons to free a captured Janine.

Stuck on a train, the Ghostbusters have to play games to bring it to a halt.

The Ghostbusters get a new TV as payment for a job. When Ray stays up to watch television, he sees into the Ghostbusters' future. The others don't believe him at first, but Ray is quickly proved right and the next vision shows them their deaths.

By comparing new and old photographs of Janine, the Ghostbusters discover she has physically transformed during the last few years! As Janine feels less and less appreciated and attractive to the guy, the more she lets her Fairy Godmother change and possess her.

All of The Great Strazinski's assistants keep disappearing in the magician's new cabinet trick and the Ghostbusters are called in to figure out the creepy cabinet's mystery. Soon enough they are transported into the realm of Gorgar, a ghost craving knowledge from a true magician.

When Janine, Ray and Slimer go to check out the new amusement park, Ghostworld, they are kidnapped by a demonic gatekeeper and possessed by his evil ghost companions. Unfortunately, Winston and Peter are led into the same trap! Can Egon and his over-nurturing mother rescue them?

In flashback, the Ghostbusters recount their most dangerous exploit: the time they spent the night in Heck House, the most haunted house on the planet, inhabited by thousands of ghosts! For their troubles they are to receive a million dollars apiece, provided they survive the evening until dawn, without their Proton Packs!

The Mean Green Teen Machine, three reptilian-like surfing ghosts, catch a wave into New York City in order to satisfy their unquenchable craving for pizza. After a day of battling the three ghosts, the Ghostbusters decide to test Egon's latest machine which can provide any desired dream... or nightmare!

Winston is accepted to the National Space Program as a civilian expert in supernatural phenomena, but during his visit at the space station he comes across a class seven alien ghosts that is sucking the energy and atoms out of his fellow astronauts!

The Ghostbusters are called to Japan to investigate the sighting of several immense creatures in the Tokyo Bay. A local schoolboy, Kenji, tells the Ghostbusters that the creatures are identical to old Japanese movie monsters of the fifties!

As a man who hates bugs, Peter is horrified with an ant farm arrives in the mail for Ray. Peter's phobia is put to the test when he is taken captive by the spirit of the long-dead Egyptian Insect God, Apshai, and his horde of giant insect slaves.
