The show begins with "Mess O' Potomac" as Jon talks about the new Iraq spending bill that promises Bush half of the money now and the other half contingent on a July progress report. Of course, Bush plans another veto saying that any restrictions placed on the Iraq War by Congress is unacceptable and promotes defeatism.
