Overview

千年以前, 世界上有兩個強大的國家, 巴爾斯布魯克帝國 (被有神力的聖石"拉斐爾之眼"守護) 及拉古斯王國 (被有同等神力的聖石"米迦勒之瞳"守護)。兩國為了維護世界和平, 訂立互不侵犯的協定, 長期以來互相合作。但在十年前, 巴爾斯布魯克帝國聲稱拉古斯王國打算取得另一塊聖石而破壞了雙方的協定, 最後拉古斯在兩國交戰中被毀滅。 十年後，有一個戴著誓言頸環的男子反復出現在男主角泰德的夢中，使他困惑不已。泰德和他的好友米卡傑是巴爾斯布魯克帝國陸軍士官學校的優秀學生。他們本來對畢業後的生活充滿了期待，但當泰德見到了阿亞奈米參謀長時，他的記憶突然恢復，想起了自己是拉古斯王國國王的兒子。在衝動下他攻擊了阿亞奈米，於是被抓住及送往監獄，好友米卡傑潛入獄中幫他逃走，但泰德在駕駛飛行噐時被阿亞奈米擊中，墜落到第七區的巴爾斯布魯克教會。
