I think Razor was one of the episodes on Netflix before they discontinued it. On IMDB it shows only 20 episodes in season 3, and TMDB does not have an episode guide at all as far as I know. The video package used on Peacock contains this episode. Also Peacock has BSG The Plan as a separate show. Neither is an essential episode. The Razor video is about twice as long as a normal episode. In the context of the series, I think it would make more sense to watch it around the time Admiral Cain dies than the end of season 3.
