Discuss NCIS: Los Angeles

Season 11 could be the last season or there might be one more to wrap up everything.

It's clear that Hetty will be retiring. She is looking for someone to take her place.

Who would that be? No one in the team - Nell, Callen - seems to want her job.

Kensi and Deeks want a family. They are - unsucessfully until now - trying for a baby. Perhaps in the finale she will surprise everyone with the announcement that she's pregnant.

Nell has decided that she wants her relationship with Eric to go slower, to keep things simple. He has - sweet as he is - reluctantly agreed. They have not broken up, but they won't call each other 'boyfriend' and 'girlfriend' - those titles are really for other people - and whenever they are in L.A., they'll hang out. They know what they have. That's important.

No wedding in the finale?

Callen is looking for Anna. When he finds her, can they really have a serious relationship?

Sam has found peace with Michelle's death. He is happy with his life.

Will he now move on and start dating?

Callen 'found' Anna two episodes ago (The Circle, #15).

I'm hoping 'Hetty' doesn't go away for good. She was the main reason I continued to watch, her & Sam, Deeks, & Kensi. I almost stopped watching completely in season 9 because of Nia Long & her character Mosely (thank goodness TPTB kicked her to the curb). I do still like the show but it's getting a bit 'long in the tooth' & should probably wrap it up with this season.

As for pairing people up, I've always hated it when TPTB think that everybody needs a 'mate'. It seems that they are 'pushing' Sam & Katherine Casillas (the 'insurance lady) together? I have never liked the Nelle & Eric pairing, it just seems forced. Just because they work closely together doesn't mean they have to become involved outside of work.
