Bill Shore is a successful plastic surgeon with his own practice in London, proud owner of a brand spanking new Bentley car and everything is well with his world. However everything is not well in the worlds of his wife Lisa and his neglected children Kate and Harvey and so Lisa annouces that she is leaving him and taking the kids to the small island of Hildasay (Population 326) and if he wants to save their marriage he must go with her.
