According to the show's website, 正直不動産2 is the title of the show. It was probably changed from 正直不動産 to 正直不動産2 when the second season premiered.

It is just showing currently it is season2, does not mean it has changed the name of the whole show. You can see from the on-demand program their difference, also the show's website name the season1 without the "2" in the list of episodes Season 1 Season 2
