Après leur vie majestueuse dans l'hôtel de Monsieur Tipton, Zack et Cody embarquent dans son bateau, au grand malheur de Moseby. Ils y retrouvent London et se lient d'amitié avec leurs compagnons de chambre : Cody ne peut plus vivre avec Woody qui est sale et Zack doit vivre avec un garçon plutôt étrange... London, elle, paie sa compagne de chambre pour qu'elle quitte le bateau, voulant rester seule. Le garçon étrange est en fait une fille nommée Bailey dont les jumeaux tombent amoureux. En ayant marre des cours, London s'échappe avec un hélicoptère...

Le père de Zack et Cody est monté à bord. Les deux ados sont fous de joie à l'idée de passer quelques jours avec leur père. Mais la mère de Zack et Cody est venue leur faire une surprise en venant les voir, et les jumeaux déchantent un peu.

Carey joins the boys while they're in Japan when she's selected to star in a soda commercial by a businessman who's taken a liking to her when he saw her perform at the Tipton. Shooting the commercial is difficult enough since the soda is flavored with shrimp and tastes awful. Things get worse when Zack smashes an expensive camera and the family has to pay for it by becoming tasters at the soda factory. Meanwhile, Woody is able to defeat a sumo wrestler in the ring to win an unlimited ship gold card. However, having lost his confidence, the wrestler continuously hangs around Woody, getting him annoyed to the point of facing him in the ring again in hopes he finally leaves the ship. Also, London does everything she can to avoid going to the dentist.

Mr. Moseby announces that London's dad, Mr. Tipton is selling the ship and that it will be dismantled within a week.
