Trong khi Titan Nữ tiếp tục tàn sát thêm nhiều thành viên của Quân Trinh sát, Eren buộc phải đưa ra một quyết định thật khó khăn: nên tin đồng đội hay tự mình hành động.

Titan Nữ đã bị bắt, và mục tiêu của Erwin là tìm ra con người đang ẩn náu ở bên trong. Quân Trinh sát nhận ra có một gián điệp trong số họ.

Một kẻ phản bội đã thâm nhập vào Quân Trinh sát, phá hủy hàng ngũ của họ từ bên trong. Khi cô ta biến thành Titan Nữ, Eren chuẩn bị cho một cuộc chiến tàn khốc.

Sau khi chứng kiến Eren bị Titan Nữ nuốt chửng, Mikasa và Levi đi theo con quái vật tàn bạo với hi vọng cậu vẫn còn sống bên trong nó.

Sau khi nhận được tin báo cho biết bọn Titan đang ồ ạt tiến về Thành Rose, Quân đoàn Trinh sát tập hợp và khởi hành đến đó. Trong khi đó, Sasha quay về nhà cũ.

Phát hiện ra làng của Connie đã sơ tán hết, cả đội bỏ đi. Trong lúc đó, đoàn trinh sát ở Thành Rose vẫn chưa thấy dấu hiệu nào của Titan.

Hai giờ trước đêm Titan tấn công Lâu đài Utgard, Ymir cười nhạo câu chuyện về Titan trong nhà của Connie, nhưng Reiner lại thấy Ymir có điều khó hiểu.
