He demands Ip Bun be returned to where she belongs. Meanwhile, Kang Il talks the governor into writing a petition about Se Poong.

Se Poong is on the verge of losing all his titles and honors due to District Governor Ahn’s scheme. However, he refuses to submit to wrongful accusations. Physician Gye believes it’s safe for Se Poong and Eun Woo to be cautious, so he separates them for the time being. Lady Eun Woo visits a pregnant patient’s house for an emergency house call, but it’s already past the absurd curfew set by Governor Ahn.
