시즌 프리미어, 운명의 비행을 앞둔 어느 날, 주 대회에서 우승한 여고 축구팀 옐로우 재킷. 이들은 서로 축하하지만 또 그 안에서 서로를 배신한다. 25년 후, 비행기 사고의 생존자들은 현실에 잘 적응해서 사는 것처럼 모두 자신을 포장한다.

비행기 추락 후, 모두 적응해 가기 시작한다. 미스티는 응급처치해서 코치 벤을 살리고, 지옥을 헤쳐나간다. 현재: 쇼나와 제프 부부는 섹스 리스로 상담 중, 나탈리는 어린 시절 단짝 괴짜 케인과 우연히 만난다.

가만히 있으면서 죽는 게 나을까, 더 살기 좋은 곳을 찾아가야 할까? 일행은 호수와 오두막을 찾아서 이동한다. 현재 : 타이사는 상원의원 선거 기간 중 자신을 공격하는 경쟁 후보에 맞서 싸운다. 쇼나는 자동차 사고로 우연히 만난 남자 아담과 만나기 시작한다. 나탈리와 미스티는 트래비스를 찾아가는데, 집에 가보니 비어 있고, 트래비스는 창고에서 죽어 있다.

오두막에서 총을 찾는다. 코치 벤은 총기 사용법을 가르친다. 나탈리와 트래비스가 가장 우수했고, 둘은 사냥에 나선다. 현재 : 타이사는 선거운동을 위해서, 큰 파티에 참석한다. 부자 중에서 후원자를 잡으려고 하지만, 자신의 과거에만 집착하는 그들에게 환멸을 느낀다.

숲속 오두막에서 파티한다. 유령을 부르는 강령제를 하다가 로티가 귀신 들린 사람처럼 광분한다. 현재 : 핼러윈 밤, 샤우나는 아담과 함께 1996년처럼 파티를 한다. 타이사는 선거를 그만두려고 했었지만, 완주하기로 한다.

쇼나는 제프의 애를 임신했다는 걸 알고 고민 중. 재키에 대한 죄책감에 시달려 죽으려고 한다. 현재: 죽은 재키의 부모가 재키의 생일을 맞아, 재키와 제프를 식사 초대한다. 재키, 나탈리, 쇼나가 만나 협박 문자를 보내는 사람을 잡으려고 고민한다. 미스티는 계속 얼쩡대는 기자 제시카를 납치해온다.

먹을 게 떨어져 가자 타이사는 마을을 찾아 떠나자고 제안한다. 밴과 두 명이 이들을 쫓아가지만 결국 늑대의 공격으로 밴이 크게 부상한다. 현재 : 나탈리는 협박범 쫓을 때 케빈의 총을 사용했고, 이를 알고 케빈이 분노한다. 쇼나는 아담과 집에서 하룻밤을 보낸다.

제시카와 밴은 돌아왔지만 밴의 부상이 심해서 괴로워한다. 로라 리가 숲속의 비행기를 운전해서 마을을 찾아보겠다고 한다. 그러나 비행기는 도중에 폭파한다.

아이들은 ′종말 홈커밍′ 파티를 한다. 트래비스는 결국 재키와 성관계를 하고 실수로 나탈리의 환각 머시룸을 먹게 된 아이들은 섬뜩한 짓을 벌인다.

밴은 로티에게 초자연적 능력이 있다고 믿기 시작한다. 로티는 예언대로 아이들을 배 불리 먹인다. 한편 2021년의 쇼나, 타이사, 나탈리, 미스티는 살인 현장을 청소한 후 동창회에 참석한다
