Discuss Peacemaker

Peacmaker dies in the The Suicide Squad (2012) so not much of a future for him... Won't this effect the peoples interest in the series.

He was ready to kill a young women, the Ratcacther 2, who he calls "kid".

So will he be shown in a sympathetic light in this series? Anti Hero? Don't you think this would clash with his insane evil persona in the movie?

There was a post credits scene showing he survived.

And to think, we're all still waiting for that director's cut of Leon, where there's a post-credit scene of Jean Reno laying in a bed at Mount Sinai. Dude's lust for nowhere near legal poonana culminated in his running afoul of a methed out Gary Oldman, then being left paraplegic, charred beyond all recognition, and a quadriplegic. But he's still breathing, albeit with the aid of ventilator

It is a bit of a cheat, I know. Could this tradition also lead the way for a reassurance that Jack too made a miraculous recovery. It's just that he saw his time with Rose as just a bit of a one night thing really and had no inclination to make further contact.

To say nothing of the fact that all of that talk about J himself being more pretty and fey than Rose herself was more credible than any of those teenyboppers wanted to acknowledge back in the day. His flipping Rose over on her belly and spreading her cheeks while they were in the back of that car was indicative of his true preferences; not surprisingly, he choose to pursue Cal rather than R after his recovery from all that hypothermia

Given studio tendencies today if they were to make Titanic 2 that scenario probably wouldn't be as far fetched as your jest would suggest.

If Titanic 2 was made today, Rose would swear off men in favor of devoting her life to learning about white privilege and battling "power differentials", while still reviling the poor and having no interest in a actually feeding the hungry or putting the homeless into decent housing. Jack would be recast as gender fluid Maori, and Cal would be re-imagined as quadriplegic Vietnamese transexual, who had just converted to islam

That would be accurate, except that Cal was the rich bad guy. So he'd just be the same. Bill Paxton's character could be a quadriplegic Vietnamese transexual though. There's absolutely no reason why full body paralysis should stop you having a career in deep sea diving.
